Takeo was very responsive and accommodating. There are clear instructions for everything and appreciate the diligence to respond to questions.

100% would recommend and stay with Masaya again. The Apartment is inside Hotel Cultured in the Echoland area of Hakuba, and right outside of it's front door is the bus stop to access any shuttle services for getting to/from the ski resorts. The location is incredibly convenient and the apartment itself is very nice. It was big enough to fit 4 large westerners for 6 days, and was very clean when we arrived. Masaya responded to any and every question that we had prior to or during the trip; and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. They picked us up from the Happo Bus terminal and made any dinner reservations that we asked for help with. Ski storage lockers were clean and felt secure enough. All in all: the stay, snow, skiing and hospitality for our Hakuba trip was a 10 outta 10.

Our family (2 adults, 3 children) had a great stay at Morino’s. The chalet itself is in a great location to walk down to the gondola, while the Morino Lodge staff were super helpful and accommodating with requests to go to the supermarket, doctor, etc. The space has everything you could need and it is very peaceful looking out over the snow covered trees. Highly recommended and a big thanks to the Morino Lodge team for helping us out lots during our stay.

Really appreciated Takeo's fast response. We had a horrible experience with our previous booking and had to do an immediate switch on the same day. He totally saved our day and his accommodation was the kids' favourite of the week. We are all so thankful and happy. Everything was spick and span and amenities was great.

Yasue’s place was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in for two people - we felt very much at home, with great amenities to cook and space to relax. The beds were comfortable and the heating very effective. Yasue was very responsive, helpful and friendly, and the location was outstanding being nestled in beautiful surroundings and very convenient for the Sakka ski lift. Would definitely stay again.

Hosts very friendly and quick with responses, accommodated our request for extra guest, home nicer than expected, tons of powder for skiing a short walk away, snow monkeys roaming property, common room for ski boots always stalked with treats and coffee/water and Yasue happy to help with ordering Sushi in Japanese. Perfect vacation experience! Thank you!
