Fantastic location. Clean and great for group traveling together. Lots of space.

Lovely stay, apartment matched the photos and descriptions. The complex itself is also beautiful and even though we were opposite the bar it was very quiet even on a Saturday night. John and his team were very responsive and provided local information that was helpful. Would stay again, thank you for having us! (FYI: Only thing I would be mindful of is there is no immediate parking at the flat as the multi storey next door has gone resident only and no space is provided. Just something to be aware of as if you have mobility issues as you may have a walk to find a space).

Lovely flat with great views over harbour. It was so easy to get everywhere, not just within Whitby to the shops, beach, pier etc but also for transport to other areas. We parked up on arrival at Pannett Park then just left the car there for the whole week. We got buses to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay. There were also buses and trains going to the North York Moors so you don't really need a car to get anywhere. The flat itself was very clean, tidy and well appointed . The beds and huge sofa were extremely comfortable.

5star apartment in the centre of Scarborough with big comfy beds and everything you need to be comfortable. Will hopefully return soon!!

Would definitely recommend. Apartment was easy to locate and instructions given were clear and detailed. It's a walking distance to some bus stops and has a Sainsbury's and a few dining/food options nearby - even has a cinema closeby. It was approximately a 15 minutes walk to the train station and has couple of nearby luggage storage facilities which made it ideal for travellers going by train. Kudos to Bev for tailoring to our last minute change in check in plan and for the cleaners who kindly allowed us to drop our bags at an earlier time. Bev have been responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The apartment itself was wonderful - it felt homey. Nicely decorated, well-maintained and adequately equipped with the basics. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds, as well as the sofa bed, were comfortable. And the whole apartment has efficient heating system that kept us warm during our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer but would consider again on our next visits.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Really enjoyed staying here . Great location and near to beach and Whitby town centre. Parked on the beach front as it’s free at this time of year. Apartment was warm and comfortable. Would stay again. Loved the micro pub Beer O’Clock and fish n chips at Trenchers which are in walking distance.

We stayed here over New Year and it was the perfect place for a chilled celebration. The location is great, close to Harrogate, Ripon and Skipton for day trips and there are plenty of walks on the doorstep. The house was so tidy when we arrived and the hosts made us feel welcome with a cake and champagne on arrival.

Dawn’s house is a superb Airbnb. I can’t fault it at all. The location is great - so close to the Railway Museum and an easy walk into the city centre - but it’s also off the main road and totally quiet at night. The house itself is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and the bathrooms have lovely touches like hand soaps, and lots of towels. The kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and it’s always great. Ian is a great host, always leaves bits for breakfast, the house is always clean and tidy and the communication is always brilliant.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mary’s. The house was perfect for our stay. It is a lovely homely cozy house. We would go back to stay again. Thank you Mary!

Beautiful house in the upper part of Runswick Bay with easy access to the beach and Cleveland Way. It was perfect for our family reunion (six adults and 4 children). it’s a large dormer bungalow, maybe a little dated but with modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen which were spotlessly clean. Despite it being the coldest weekend in Britain for 10 years we were cosy with central heating, extra oil filled radiators and wood burners. Susan was the perfect host with good communication and many thanks for leaving us plenty logs. The toys which are mentioned in lots of reviews were great for the children. They even ventured to the bottom of the garden to the play area which was fantastic but too cold to stay long. We would love to stay in this house again maybe in the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful garden, eating al fresco and taking in the views of the bay and Kettleness in the distance.

I wouldn't hesitate to return here. The cottage was excellent in terms of comfort and location. It was lovely and warm when we entered. The communication in advance was good and clear. The setting is nice and peaceful and out of the way. Very dog friendly with large communal garden. There is a good cafe very nearby which worked well for us for breakfasts. It isnt dog friendly though. The only slight negative was that the wifi was not especially reliable. But, this wouldn't be a deal breaker for me.

Caravan was in a great location in the park and near the beach . Kim was very helpful. Would definitely visit again .

We had a great time at the bnb during our visit to York. The place was quite spacious and the location was on point. We would walk daily to the town center and nearby areas. In terms of our stay, it was quite nice, with most of the amenities available including a well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend the bnb.

Really nice, safe ( gated community) and well maintained apartment within the medieval walls of the city. Unbelievably well equipped and provisioned. There was nothing missing down to coffee, packet cereals, spices and sauces! Centre of York easily walkable so location is great.

Had a nice night at Richard’s. He wanted to know arrival time to show us in and around but was flexible. Flat was clean and nicely furnished with a plentiful supply of book and a couple of puzzles too. There’s no TV on the property but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I would have changed was to have bigger towels- everything else was perfect for our stay.

Great couple of days in a fabulous apartment in the centre of Malton . Immaculate throughout the apartment had everything we needed. So central to everything. Diane was helpful and incredibly friendly Great milk, tea and coffee already there , which was all we needed as we are out all the time . We visited around Christmas and the the apartment was really pretty with lights, tree and little decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely book again.

Vic's place is great. Its a cosy little flat for two with a very well equipped kitchen. The walk into the centre of York is only 20 minutes, which makes it excellent value for anyone wanting to explore the city without paying city centre prices for accomodation. Everything was clean and tidy and check-in was very simple. You would not get a hotel as nice as this place for the price.

Chris’s place was wonderful. Extremely clean and had an amazing view of the minster. The interior was nicely designed and spacious but also cosy. Oven and microwave were a little difficult to figure out but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
