A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Winter living cottage with all amenities by the lake. Upstairs in the cottage and in the downstairs bedroom, double beds, and a sofa in the living room for a double bed. The financial building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping oasis with a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transit. A skating rink on Vesankajärvi in winter and a sled track. Frisbeerata Vesalan monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

Gran Hotel Apartments are situated on the stunning and peaceful old historic railway area overlooking the lake of Keitele. Located within just a few minutes walk from centre of Suolahti where the local shops, library, office, café... Jyväskylä airport is just 20min away, to city of Jyväskylä 40min drive and Äänekoski centre 10min drive. The tiny cosy harbour is the end of the railway area, long and short paths by the lake. My place is good for couples, solo- and businesstravelers, and families.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful and spacious holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä, which is the center of WRC Finland event, and even closer to some of the rally stages. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. Also the popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Löydä luontoyhteytesi hirsimökin rauhoittavassa syleilyssä. Mökki sijaitsee n. 18km päässä Jämsän keskustasta pienen lammen rannalla. Mökki soveltuu hyvin arjen irtiottoon ja jopa vähän extreemempää kokemusta haluavalle sillä mökillä ei ole sähköjä eikä juoksevaa vettä. Aurinkopaneelijärjestelmä on käytössä, jolla toimii valot ja esimerkiksi puhelimen lataus. Puusauna sekä laituri tikkailla. Veden syvyys laiturin päästä n. 2 metriä. Grilli sekä kaasulla toimiva jääkaappi ja uuni.
