We had a good time during our stay! The place is nice and pretty, and the pool kept the kids happy 🏊‍♀️😊 The host was very responsive and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Beds were made, towels were plenty, the aircond and water heater worked well, and the kitchen was functional with a large fridge. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ—really added to the experience! 🍢🔥 Just a small note: the floor was a bit dusty, maybe because the unit had been empty for a while. Since we usually go barefoot indoors, our feet got a bit dark. It wasn’t a big deal for us since it was just a one-night stay, but a quick mop before check-in could make the place feel even more welcoming. There were also no large dustbins inside or outside. We grouped all the rubbish in one spot and informed the host during check-out to avoid leaving any smell in the house. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped space for a family staycation. Would recommend with just a few small touch-ups 😊

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The villa was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our big group of family and friends. The quiet neighborhood and high level of privacy made us feel completely relaxed, as if we had our own secluded retreat. The host was extremely responsive, answering all our questions quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Easy to find and kids enjoy the water park...cold and hot water dispenser really help a lot.. Overall is worth to stay

Had a wonderful stay! Samantha was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a great coffee machine. Rooms were very comfy and cozy. The place is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The photos are true to reality, and everything was just as expected. Would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Firstly, a huge thank to the hosts, Kelvin and Kaiwei for providing such a wonderful place! We are satisfied with everything! Never expect to stay in such a comfortable, clean and big unit at Kampar. Other than that, the hosts are very responsive and friendly in answering our inquiries. Besides, Kelvin also provided a clear check-in guide for us, making it a breeze throughout the process. Secondly, the location is just 10 minutes from Utar, it is also quiet and we had a good sleep at night. Highly recommended to everyone who looking for Airbnb in Kampar! This place is the best!
