This is my second stay at this house, it is clean and peaceful. Michael is very responsive to messages and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

Beautiful view and great host. The caretakers were great and very easy to communicate with. Dennis and Shaunna were friendly, took great care of us, and although around to do what was needed for our stay it felt very private still. The pictures and description do not do the house justice. It is even better in person. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was well equipped. Will most definitely stay again if Fred will have us.

Our stay at Treetops was magical. Steve checked in often to ensure everything was perfect. Shelly was kind, gracious, and an exceptional cook! Her dishes were easily some of the best meals we had - don’t miss her fragrant coconut rice and peas and oxtail. Norman was very responsive and offered thoughtful suggestions for outings. Though we had to cancel tours due to rain, he still got us the best prices for experiences and helped us feel extra secure at night acting as security. The villa is even more stunning than in the photos - the views are spectacular, the house was airy and had fresh sheets, towels, and beach towels available throughout, and Steve and his wife have collected beautiful artwork to enjoy around the house. Would recommend walking the grounds as they are lush with tropical flowers and fruit trees. If they’re in season, you can ask for some as a snack. Please come to Treetops if you’re looking for a beautiful home base in PA. We made so many great memories!

Joanna's place was beautiful, very big and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. It looks just like the pictures but even better in person. the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was very private and safe. There is a manned security gate to enter the neighborhood and an electric gate to enter the property. You would need a vehicle as it is not walkable to any stores or attractions. Carline lives on and looks after the property. She is very friendly and helpful. She is also readily available to assist but respects your privacy. It was a pleasure meeting her. Joanna was easy to contact and gave good information and great directions to the house. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Very friendly hosts and comfortable quarters in a good location in Kingston.

Very nice place. Well maintained and clean. We had no issues and the host was very responsive. We were happy to have the details hours before check in time. You can see that a lot of thought goes into preparing for guests as the home had almost everything that could be needed during the stay (from kitchen/bathroom accessories to towels/lines to cleaning agents to personal care items like body wash, shampoo, tissue etc.) in more than sufficient quantities. It was a pleasure staying at this home and we would do it again.

We are sad to leave and are currently rebooking for next year we have had an amazing time staying at this property it felt like home from home. Judith is an amazing host. The surroundings are beautiful kept clean and tidy. Jusith always informed us as to when the pool was being cleaned and the grounds being tided. We have family in Kingston and was local to all the shops. We felt very secure and safe within this gated property. I could go on but we are rebooking that’s how much we loved our stay here including the mangos from the tree Thank you Judith

Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!

the place is so clean as you pull the door you can get the nice clean smell hit you. looks just like the picture I got nothing to complain about the host is the best she keep on top of things. and bless up the rasta man as a clean and soft heart no complaining 10 star ⭐ in my book keep it up bless. and thanks to the host again make sure I reach home self blessings.

Vacationing at Timelesss was an exceptional experience. Kerry-Ann was incredibly informative, quick to respond, and made the stay seamless. The house was secure, located in a safe and quiet area, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed to feel at home. During my stay, I enjoyed surfing at Jamnesia, which had friendly staff and a great vibe, and swimming at the nearby Bob Marley Beach. This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again whenever I’m in Kingston, Jamaica. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the River House was magical, peaceful and enjoyable. The roaring sounds of the river outside, lulled us to sleep every night. The decor of the home was impressive and comfortable. Any issues we had was readily addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a private oasis to escape to. Our favorite restaurants to dine was Strawberry Hill Restaurant and EITS Cafe. They both had excellent food and breathtaking views of the blue mountain area.

My stay here was perfect. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, including the pool. It has everything you can ask for. It is great for families who want to experience the old school vibe of Jamaica. The host, Ryan was also great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely return again!

This place and experience was amazing. It was a time of mourning for me and my family and this hosting helped to relieve some of the stress of the moment. I would/will definitely stay at this home again. Between the private grounds and beautiful rooms this place is great for family gatherings. Thank you to Bridgette for being an amazing host.
