Vacation rentals with beach access in Kingston

Akeel’s place was amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time there. My kids really enjoyed the pool because it was so close I couldn’t get them out. It is located in a quiet area that is close to many eateries, Buzzer’s arcade for kids and the highway to get to other locations quick. Akeel and his cohost Conrad was very good in assisting me with anything I needed. They also provide vehicle rentals in case you need to book your own vehicle to get around the island for reasonable prices. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and we will be back if we are in Portmore/Kingston area. Thanks Akeel & Conrad for hosting us.

This listing was very nice! Loved the area it was very quiet and secluded but not lonely. Loved the seating area in the front of the house, After you go through the front door. It was my favorite part of the house. I felt right at home and comfortable. Definitely will book again if I have the opportunity to!

I stayed here when visiting family in Bull Bay. Julia was a fantastic host and the apartment was even better than I expected. The directions she provided were very clear (incl. photos) and I found the location easily. It's in a private community and the property you stay on has it's own security gate. Julia was there to greet me and was very friendly and helpful. The private apartment is neat and clean, it has a kitchen with fridge microwave and kettle. The bed and sheets were very comfortable! There is a desk in the bedroom (and great wifi) which helped when I was working remotely, and a hightop table to eat breakfast at. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels, great hot water. I could tell that Julia thought of many small details that would help her guests be more comfortable. The beautiful private beach is only a few minutes walk away! I honestly could not recommend this place more. This will be my first choice for all future visits! Thank you Julia!

This was my 2nd time booking Kem's property and loke the first experiemce, this time around was nothing short of pleasant. Ken is exyremely communicative and makes himself available in the event we have questions. Ken's property is pristine; looks exactly like the photos shown on Airbnb. The bathroom comes with towels, soap and complimentary oal hygiene products. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The lawn is wellanicured, and the AC unit works perfectly. I hughly recommend Ken's property for your next visit to Jamaica, as it is situated in a location that is accessible to shops, a 29-minute drive to the beach and the community is safe. The home was absolutely marvelous I felt right at home I would highly recommend staying at Luxurious she’s very professional and great at communicating with you if you need help she’s a text or phone call away , the home is located in a gated community so that’s a big A+ for me. look no further you will not have any regrets I’ve found my permanent vacation rental whenever I’m in Jamaica

24/7hr security felt like I was home. Peaceful and a great distance from the all the shopping centers. Host was really helpful made it easy to communicate. I recommend and I’ll book again for sure.

Loved the house it was so beautiful and right in the heart of all the local restaurants etc. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend booking here and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Jackie was the consummate professional The home was squeaky clean with comfortable Furnitures. she is an excellent host and was not overbearing but allowed us space to enjoy our short stay. Jacqueline does pay attention to details as the wash rags and towels often ignored by lots of Airbnb host were of high quality. I without reservation recommend her to anyone that is looking for a home away from home.

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

Kimberly was very responsive and answered all questions and queries quickly. The condo was very clean.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

We spent three days here on vacation and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of this villa is close to my destination as well , as for the room even though being small but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. i would definitely recommend this villa to others having a small business trip , vacation , baecation and the list goes on , however this villa might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to it’s limited space. But it’s a 10/10
