Tyler is awesome! I booked this place for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Invited his family here to celebrate. Everyone loves this place and they enjoyed the weekend here. Even the kitchen spices are well stocked for BBQ. Makes me like home and we will back aging next time . ❤️

We had an amazing weekend at Mandy’s house! The house was very cozy and easily fit the 5 of us, and the pool & deck were so nice to enjoy the sunny afternoon! Mandy was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions prior to the visit. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for our weekend girls trip! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us to eat & sleep. I love that there were 3.5 bathrooms! Furniture was super comfy! I was obsessed with the soft coral blankets! Patio was amazing! We enjoyed playing our girls night games out there. The pool was warm and great to refresh in! We loved being able to walk down to the dock and just jump right into the lake! Plus we had a boat pick us up right at the dock. Kitchen was great and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils! I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

The house was amazing! Just as advertised, comfortable rooms, fun game room, easy access to water. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough great things about our host Josh and his place! We had a large crew of 11 and this place was PERFECT! Never felt crowded or cramped! Beautiful interior, and the ninja blender was an unexpected help! When we weren’t playing basketball at the court just beyond the backyard, we were in the hot tub or playing cornhole or football in the green area outside the back gate. So convenient to town and shopping and the Tom Kite designed golf course is a hidden gem! We had 6 vehicles and there’s overflow parking just steps from the back door in the community park! Great location and neighborhood. We were able to check in early and home was very nice and spacious. Great place to stay if visiting the marble falls area.

What a lovely place and such wonderful hosts! Close to in town convenience yet peaceful, countryside feel. The home was well kept and thoughtfully appointed. We loved the pond and the trails! And our dog absolutely loved the open air freedom! Clayton was super helpful with the directions, instructions, and recommendations. And he was responsive and proactive, asking us about the check in and if we had any problems in the home (we did not; everything was fantastic!) We are already trying to work out when we can return!

Really well stocked house: we loved the sports equipment and kitchen appliances (air fryer is clutch). Beds are comfy too. We did have some issues with the plumbing which the hosts dispatched a plumber for but couldn’t be resolved, not much to be done about that though. Will stay again next year.

This property exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we got there, we were so impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained the house was. We also had plenty of room for all 16 of us. The lakefront setting was breathtaking, and having access to the kayaks made our trip even more special. Communication with the owners was great—they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Internet didn’t work, but we didn’t need it anyway. Gate code was an issue, didn’t always work and was very temper mental Water pressure was very low and. I got water, but host fixed it immediately. Overall great stay for our group.

Very comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and view of the lake was pretty. It was fun to see deer in the neighborhood.

Our family of 12 stayed at Mustang Meadows over Easter weekend, and it was not enough time! The property is beautiful with horses, cows and a beautiful view to watch and listen to the birds from the huge porch along the back of the house. Our group consisted of toddlers to grown adults and everyone had a blast. We had a pickleball tournament, played all the fun games in the game room, and enjoyed the expansive house with plenty of room to hang out together, or have your own space to rest and relax. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs, and plenty of bathrooms for our group, and all spaces extremely clean. Truly one of the most unique rentals I have stayed at and will definitely return one day! Thank you, Eddie, for all of your time and attention!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The bathrooms and kitchens were beautiful. (Well stocked and clean.) There was a fantastic, well-lit, cozy area to read, and plenty of privacy for our family. We hope to stay here again each time we visit our family in Bluffton. I cannot wait to stay here in the summer to enjoy the pool. My favorite thing about this home was that there were not any bugs or cobwebs. They keep this home incredibly clean!

The lake house was wonderful for my wife, son and I. We swam, fished and enjoyed the starlit dock. David was very helpful and welcoming. We will certainly be back soon!

We loved our weekend at Michael’s place! The home is beautiful with lots of room and the location is gorgeous! Michael was very helpful with any questions I had and responded quickly. We had a great time relaxing by the water and enjoyed the sea doos we rented from him! The fire pit was a great place to relax at night and our older kids enjoyed their private bunk bed room. We definitely found a new vacation spot and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location to the boat ramp, plenty of parking for Boat and our ATV’s. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Great place to walk. Will stay again!

This was a perfect house for a little staycation birthday weekend. It was easy to get in and out of for friends as well as the boat for skiing and water activities.. anyone looking for a nice peaceful place to stay. It was great to wake up to the birds in the morning and watch the sunset at night from the balcony.

Decided to stay here for a weekend birthday getaway with three other friends. Booked a day before we would check-in and Nancy was very quick to respond. I was informed access with lift and staircase were unavailable due to the water level of the river, which I was aware of and was perfectly fine with. When we arrived it was in the dark, so be mindful of the map and directions given. The house was very spacious, and was well kept. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need, and the bathrooms were very clean. The views from the screened in porch just a few yards away from the main house were breathtaking. We loved the pool, and we couldn’t say enough how it was perfect size. We were already trying to decide when we would like to return

Better than we expected. Beautiful home in the ❤️ of Marble Falls. Not the best weather but this beautiful home made our trip worth the visit to MBTX. Thank you for a lively stay.
