Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kingsbury

Clean and cozy in the winter, super well stocked for a family. Mark was very responsive. This isn’t a hotel style airbnb, definitely a home. We really appreciated the opportunity to get away with our dog and have everything we could need.

Michaels house was absolutely beautiful!! It was just as he advertised. Everything was spotless and we all felt very comfortable in the house. I would definitely stay in Michael’s house again and highly recommend this house to anyone.

Wow! This is the perfect house for a family or friend’s trip. I stayed with two other friends from Sacramento and thoroughly enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub. We had two other groups of friends staying at nearby airbnb’s and they all agreed that this one was the best option! We enjoyed all of the space outdoors and the garage is full of awesome games. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Lake Tahoe and hope to visit with family when they visit me from southern california. Please take care of this beautiful home if you plan yo visit because it is clear that it has been decorated and treated with much love and respect.

We were able to relax and have our family time as we had planned. The setting was exquisite. Would love to go again.

The house is cozy. We liked the two tables in the kitchen living-room area. A bit tight for 12 people. But we had fun. I didn’t know what the square footage was when we chose it, so think close quarters. The kitchen is well stocked with great appliances. Plenty of towels and blankets.

I’ve traveled all over the world and have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this home is in my top 5! You can tell the owner cares about her travelers and goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to feel right at home! It was perfect, peaceful and super clean!!! We stayed at Gordon’s condo during Christmas and it was a great experience. The house is warm, cozy and clean; it is well equipped and has sufficient supplies, books, games etc. Our little one loves the loft as her little secret place. We also found Gordon left a couple sleds in the garage and they added a lot more fun during our snow play. Gordon has been very responsive and friendly before and during our stay.

Another wonderful day at the enchanted cabin! Had a wonderful Friendsgiving, where we enjoyed the hot tub, all the Kitchen had to offer, and spacious for us all! Thank you, Marcie for this wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

Mike was a great host and very responsive with great information. The place was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Close to town and lake. Perfect place to stay for your visit to Tahoe City.

The space was exactly as described and the hosts were incredible. They were responsive, proactive and helpful. The location is unbeatable especially if you’re looking to ski at Heavenly. Would absolutely stay again!

Missy’s place is incredible! Right by Palisades (previously Squaw) and not far from Heavenly/North Star. We will definitely be back.

Another comfortable stay at Bliss place. Our family has stayed here numerous times over the years. Great place in the summer and winter. After a full day of skiing or hiking, the hot tub and steam room offer the therapy needed for recovery. The owners are good people and easy to communicate with. The property is frequently booked for a reason……

Kathy has been a superb host. She's been responsive to all my questions and kindly help with some custom requests without hesitation. Her place definitely exceeds our expectations, extremely clean, great locations and with everything we need for a winter trip in Tahoe.

We had a nice 3 day stay mid December while attending a wedding. The condo was clean with comfortable beds. It had all the amenities we needed. It’s close to the free shuttle stop which was very easy to use to get to The Village at Northstar. We did not have a car and were able to get around easily with the free shuttle or Uber. It’s in a private and quiet area. Jared was a very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This property was exactly what was listed and what I was looking for, for a nice, relaxing getaway. The house and surrounding area is beautiful. The host gave a ton of recommendations and was very helpful with things about the local area. Everything you could need is within a few miles from the home, whether it's, entertainment, outdoors activities, food, or even a grocery store. Overall this is the best place I, personally have stayed at while using AirBnB. I would highly recommend.

So many great things about this place! Very clean, remodeled and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows. The location is amazing, walking distance to restaurants and stores and few minutes drive to the ski slopes. Also, great amenities, just a wonderful spot all around. And the host was always very responsive. Would definitely stay here during our next visit.

Jaysa's place is an easy and lovely home away from home. It's well-situated in Northstar, well-stocked, and very easy to live in. She's put time and thought into a welcome packet with lots of information and suggestions. It had all the things to make eating, sleeping, and relaxing possible. Definitely appreciated the variety of kitchen appliances, and in-unit laundry. There are plenty of basics in the kitchen (oils, spices, etc.) and we happily left some things others may find valuable in the future. In all, it's a great place and value. Highly recommend!

Matthew’s place lived up to all the glowing reviews. The unit is in a super convenient location in the village for a short walk to the Palisades lifts and multiple restaurants. We appreciated his restaurant recommendations! The unit was the perfect size for one couple and well maintained. We made full use of the second-floor hot tubs after skiing each day. I greatly appreciated how clear the check-in and check-out instructions were and how proactive he was in communication. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and homey. Loved everything and the kitchen has every single thing anyone could need to cook ANY meal! Lovely decor, beautiful community, and incredibly relaxing.
