This vacation home was exactly what we needed for a cozy winter getaway with families. The place is nicely maintained, kithcen is stocked with useful stuffs, and the location is great for everyone. An is an amazing host, who's always responsive and making sure that she cares to make you feel welcomed.

Very nice and well appointed home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our girl’s weekend. Would definitely rent again.

The house was great with comfortable beds and the hot tub was lovely after a days skiing. A quiet neighbourhood but close to Heavenly and all the shops and restaurants.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. The place has great amenities: Two gas fireplaces, a hot tub, a fenced yard for our dog, and even a crib + pack n play for our 6 month old. We also enjoyed the solarium for a little reading (it got hot quickly, even in the winter, but was nice). There were clear instructions, lots of things to use for cooking/baking, and Brian was super responsive to any questions. We liked that the house wasn’t too hard to get to, and the top-of-mountain neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and great for taking a little walk. We would stay here again and would recommend to others, but just note that this is neither a dinky cabin in the woods nor a super luxury stay - rather it is a unique and comfortable home that can accommodate a family or small group for a getaway very nicely.

Absolutely fantastic week with friends to ski at Heavenly. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and this house was perfect. There’s a kids room that worked great for a 4.5 year old in the bunk beds and a separate area for a pack and play! The house is well stocked, Renzo is extremely friendly, responsive and proactive and the location is outstanding. A quick 7-10 minute ride to Stagecoach to get on the lifts but out of the hustle and bustle of downtown to give you the mountain feel. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect for our family. Communication was amazing before, during, and after. The home came with all amenities that my family needed from a deck of cards, to a kitchen full of items like you have at your own home. The beds were comfy and the home was warm for us as it got colder outside. The view was beautiful on sunny days and when it snowed the beauty continued. We stayed at the house most of the time (because of our newborn) but very quick drive down to town. This was our first 3hr drive with our newborn AND stay outside of our home, and grandparents house. He did great and felt at home. The home was really a home away from home with everything you could really ask for. I would definitely stay again next time we come to South Lake Tahoe.

Easily a favorite AirBnB of ours. We will definitely be back. The location is great, it’s in close proximity to the casinos and heavenly village. I will say the pictures do not do the space justice, this is a beautiful home with everything you may need.

The house and setting are perfect. Old school build, older kitchen and kitchenware. Very comfortable bed. Good working heater. If you are renting for the hot tub note that the last renter may have dirtied it to the point the staff has to drain and refill; in which case it took over 36 hours to get to 100, so the first two days I was unable to use the hot tub. Eric was very empathetic, kind, and communicative. Thank you again.

We stayed for 2 nights - 6 adults and 1 kid. Host was very responsive and gave us early check in. Place is dated but was renovated to have modern amenities inside. Very spacious and had a nice kitchen and large living area to hang out with family. AC units in each room (not centralized as expected due to age of building) but overall provided good heating except for 1 bathroom in the first floor. Somewhat walkable to Lake Tahoe Blvd but everything else is less than a 5min drive. Good value for money, will definitely stay again in the future.

It was dark when we arrived but the next morning the view was literally breathtaking. It was the perfect place for the wife and I. If we ever go back to Tahoe I won’t hesitate to book Charles’ place again.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay for a weekend getaway in Tahoe. You can literally walk up the slope to heavenly. I loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Great place to stay. Jane was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out window. She was very nice and fully explained all the amenities in her beautiful place. Great view. Awesome experience! Totally worth it!

Our stay was incredible. Awesome view of the lake from practically every room. Close to everything. Right next to the beach, there’s a free shuttle to and from Heavenly (5 min away) that runs about every 20 min which was amazing. Myself and my guests were all really happy with our stay.

Wonderful corner of the mountain home in the ridge. If you do not mind stairs and if you do have a dog or kids in tow, this is a cozy safe spot- as long as the road conditions allow it; right on the road to Stagecoach Lodge including a shuttle bus. Peaceful, scenic and the host was responsive and responsible for a nicely kept well maintained well constructed accommodation.

My husband and I absolutely loved this BNB! All pictures were extremely accurate. The bed was super comfortable & cozy. Mike & Tay provide EVERYTHING!!! Way more than any other BNB I’ve ever stayed at. So many utensils, pots, pans, plates, even tupperware. We were even welcomed with snacks and a hand written note, so kind and thoughtful. The stairs were definitely interesting lol they’re pretty steep, and the steps are designed pretty specific hahaha. If you stay here, you’ll know exactly what I mean! It was just a super fun stay all around. Thanks Mike & Tay!

Michael and his condo made our stay in south lake easy and enjoyable! Michael was responsive, polite, and made us feel very welcome in his home. He included some nice amenities that made us feel like we were staying at a luxury home. We skied at Sierra, but if you chose to ski at heavenly, you are literally 100 yards from the Nevada side lift! It’s a beautiful complex and accommodated 6 of us well.

Jordan was a great host! Very accommodating, communicative, and gave plenty of recommendations around the area. The unit was amazing as well. Super close to both stagecoach and boulder lodges at heavenly, and had plenty of amenities to feel right at home. I would definitely book here again.

Annie's place is in the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe...which is literally just a few minutes walk to the shoreline and stunning picturesque pier! At night there are a few autolit fireplaces that we sat and enjoyed the crisp winter snowy air. The view, ambience was simply stunning! It is also close to town, shops, eateries and Heavenly Village..Perfect!!! The condo was so cozy, especially the fireplace made it nice & warm! The bed was comfortable so we slept well. Its also equipped with all the necessities for cooking. We ate out but was also able to cook a nice meal easily with everything we needed. There was also LOTS of parking right in front of the main building so very convenient. Another awesome perk of this place is that the Sauna and pool entrance are literally next door, just steps away..in the same hallway! I would definitely return to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and homey stay. We enjoyed it tremendously & hope to return soon

I participated in some of the club activities which were very fun. Megan did a great job leading the activities. The extra large fireplaces to sit near on the beach at night were wonderful. The location of our condo was exactly what we wanted on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake, pool, and beach. Also the jacuzzi tub in the condo was a big plus. Thank you!

Dolores is great! The place was very clean and comfortable. She provided everything we needed and the extra touches were much appreciated! This was the perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy our Tahoe ski vacation.

Warm and cozy! We were so lucky to be able to book a place so close to Heavenly Resort. The house was very clean and check in/out was easy to access! Amenities were also very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

Cathi's place was amazing. The view was fantastic. The home cozy. Exceptional in every way! There is a bit of a stairway to go up but it is a great workout!
