Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kingsbridge

Perfect stay! 10 minutes walk to beach and high street. The house had all the amenities and was very very clean. Roger and Sarah were really responsive and kind. The house was really modern, clean and just what we wanted. Will visit again!

We stayed at Stuart and Alison's AirBnB for a week. Everything is absolutely fantastic. You wake up with the morning sun and can start the day comfortably on the terrace with a coffee. At the pier you have the opportunity to eat, occupy yourself in the Arcades or just take a nice beach walk. In 8 minutes you are on foot in the middle of the city of paignton. So the location is absolutely perfect. The house is very well maintained and clean. If it rains, you will find a living room with TV on the first floor and enough communal games in the storage room to pass the time. All in all, we were extremely happy and very satisfied with everyone offered here. And if you have a question, you can reach Stuart directly and he responds within the shortest possible time. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We are on tour with a show and this was our favourite place we’ve stayed so far. Beautiful house, amazing location and Gary was really helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant stay at the townhouse! The most perfect location with everything on your doorstep. The house worked so well for our group size, each bedroom was beautiful and felt like being in a hotel but with the added bonus of lovely communal areas- big kitchen/diner and comfy lounge. Very generous with the amount of coffee/tea and biscuits provided and even a bottle of milk in the fridge. The kingswood hotel was very helpful in explaining the parking and being on hand if we needed anything. Sidmouth itself is a wonderful place for a holiday and so much to do locally. We will be back!

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Lovely 3 bedroom property. Modern and elegant! We liked the kitchen, diner, skylight and central island counter top. Lots of natural light and lighting in the house was amazing. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and nice, comfy beds. Good sized parking for one car. Good excess to attractions in Plymouth. We have enjoyed our trip. Daryl was helpful and responded very quickly. We would love to stay there again!

Absolutely loved this place, everything was so perfect. The gorgeous private garden was a real bonus and we so appreciated the milk left for us to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden when we arrived. We would so love to be able to stay here again :))

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

Louise is an incredible host. Her house is really well located, beautifully decorated and Louise has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. We’re already booked in twice more this year!

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Karen and John's home was the perfect, surprisingly spacious retreat for our relaxing long weekend. Our children absolutely loved exploring all the rooms and playing hide-and-seek! The thoughtful Easter basket they left was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Despite some truly awful weather on our first day, we were so grateful for how cosy and comfortable the flat was to return to. The property is clearly freshly refurbished, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean – honestly, it's probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Perfect place for two! Easy access to town promenade and the beautiful back beach Not our 1st visit or our last visit to Teignmouth but our first with Luke hosting…. We will be back! Everything you need, all has been thought of clean comfortable quiet with cream tea and bubbles on arrival! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We had a lovely long weekend (4 night) stay (family of 4) at the apartment. We chose this apartment as it's in a good location (great views, near to the town and the harbour (approx. 15 min walk with young children), and it looked well maintained, very clean, etc). The photos did it justice, and was as expected. Martin was there to greet us on arrival, and had laid out some beach toys for the children. There was milk, tea, coffee, and a bottle of Prosecco in the apartment, which was a nice touch. There were some printed out maps of local places (beaches etc.) to visit, in the apartment, which Martin talked us through. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!! If we stay in Torquay again, we would happily stay at this apartment again.

A beautiful apartment, with plenty of room, clean and everything you need is there. The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. Perfectly positioned for visiting all surrounding areas and walking to the sea front. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for our stay.
