Great house in a lovely, quiet and private location. Price was very reasonable compared to similar properties we'd stayed in, in the same sort of area. The layout of the house was great for a family with small children/a baby and the deck/pool area was secluded and private. The neighborhood was very private but close to the beach and shops. Would stay here again.

The house is even more spacious than the photos can do it justice. Beautiful covered outdoor area both inside and outside the pool fence - backyard walk through to the beach but still private enough that walkers can’t look into the yard. Beds were comfy, lots of amenities made traveling a lot lighter! Walking distance to great coffee! Thanks Anne and David - we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place on the beach. The place was spotlessly clean with just the right amount of kitchen supplies to cook meals. There were a few items that required fixing but they were attended to by the hosts immediately. Can't recommend this home more for a relaxing beach holiday. Thank you for your warm hospitality

Excellent accommodation for travelling with pets - our vizsla loved the huge fenced in backyard and the proximity to the beach was epic for both him and us humans. Lots of space and great for families!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Stephen’s beautiful home. Everything was as in the photos. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Beach a couple of steps from the side gate. Location was stunning. Everything you could want from a holiday spot. The master bedroom was superb, hope to get all the family back to the property. Overall sensational.

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many worldwide. The house was immaculately spotless. There was everything and more that you could ever need for a relaxing home from home holiday. Being able to use the pool facilities at the neighbouring hotel was a bonus especially with young children. The beach went on for miles and was very clean and there is plenty to do along the Sunshine Coast. Our hosts Trish and Kylie kept good communication and were very prompt in responding to queries. We can really recommend Absolute Beachfront Beach House to anyone wanting a fantastic place to stay on the Sunshine Coast.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well set out and tasteful. We felt at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and there was a beautiful gift basket greeting us on our arrival. We would love to stay here again.

Definitely had the Wow factor, one of the best appartments we have ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and found the appartment so spacious, well equipped, homely with every appliance you could possibly need toastie maker, airfryer, coffee machine, board games , Netflix’s air con & ceiling fans fans . The rooftop area was so private & great to relax/ escape for some quiet time & soak up the sun on the loungers with plenty of shaded areas to cool off & lovely warm breeze. We really looked forward to getting back after a busy day to watch the sunset in the jacuzzi ( my highlight) & have a beer/ wine on the rooftop. Had some lovely beach walks, swims , surf shopping at Eumundi markets, & visit to brewery . Deb & partner were so welcoming, friendly & helpful, had phone numbers contact if we needed. The grounds were emasculate x 2 outdoor pools were lovely to cool & have a swim . Loved our time in Maroochydore thanks so much Ian & LIeeanna

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

Had a great last minute getaway thanks to Robbie's quick response and great value! what a cool resort with an awesome pool area and all very user friendly. This is a very comfy tidy rental with the car park and pool very close to the room. Highly recommended

Excellent Location, easy walk to Kings and Bullcock Beach. Sunday Markets were good and close. Happy Valley Beach is great for older kids as it is quite deep.

The perfect hosts in every way never have we experienced such an amazing Arbnb stay It was 100% in every way the furniture was unquestionably unique Made of the highest quality and cushions to match The beds where absolute luxury the bedding impeccable and beautiful to sleep on. I even messaged to ask where they bought the furniture and the ladies were super responsive and helpful This was the first holiday I have ever had where I couldn’t help but stay in the apartment the comfort and charm of the space was phenomenal. My partner works from home To see him sit on the deck looking at the ocean whilst he worked was beautiful I can not find the words to explain our experience I am dreaming about it and hope that there is availability for our next trip to the coast Everything we needed was right there even down to the coffee machine and even the laundry powder It was out of this world We will be back Thank you so much ladies ❤️

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. David is a wonderful host who is sharing the joy of his family’s original holiday beach house. What a gift to be able to stay in a lovely, comfortable, original beach house. The decor matches the vintage and is just right. The view is wonderful. We felt right at home. It was interesting reading the history of the house. Next time we hope to get a chance to view the slides as well. David describes the house very accurately in the listing.
