Vacation rentals with beach access in Kings Beach

Stayed a week in Hayley’s apartment with family. The outdoor wrap around balcony made this apartment feel so much bigger - lovely to have the extra space and the location is so central to everything.

The unit is really nice and well located and one of the cheapest in the area, we all enjoyed our stay there

We loved our stay here! We have friends who live just down the street and they were jealous of our view and our place! Julie is a great host, she was very responsive and asked questions about who we were, where we were from and about our holiday which was very nice to chat about. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit the a Sunshine Coast!

Had a great stay at Daniel’s for the Mooloolaba triathlon 2025. Excellent location to watch and participate in the event from, and great view otherwise. The space was tidy and comfortable, and a good size for a couple for a short stay. Daniel was very responsive and accommodative, especially after we had to defer our travel plans for 3 weeks due to a severe weather event.

Alex is an amazing and friendly communicator and also a very kind and caring host. Our trip got cut short due to the rain and Alex was so helpful and apologetic for us not getting the trip we wanted. She was very lovely and helpful. Can I speak Kylie enough about Alex as an amazing host. Keep up the great work. Accommodation it self was beautiful in an amazing spot. Had the weather been better, It would’ve been perfect.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

We all absolutely loved our stay at Doug's place. Beautiful ocean views, handy to everything. Particularly loved the special extra treats, wine, beer, fresh fruit, fresh bread, milk & juice. Very thoughtful! We also loved the private, rooftop spa! Doug was very thorough, explaining everything about the unit, very helpful & friendly. We loved every minute of our stay, & will be back, as we have family on the Sunny Coast. Thank you

Extremely quick response for a late last minute check in. Extremely clean with everything needed available. Nice and close/ walking distance to everything.

This is a quiet comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Everything was very clean. The house is in a quiet area and sitting out the back is very relaxing. Great walking through the park up to the beach. Shops and cafes also so close. Also only a few minutes drive into Caloundra street shopping with more cafes and great little shops. Our little dog was very happy here as we were. Coming back soon.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

What a fantastic time we had in Peregian. Check in was easy with Ruby leaving clear instructions and the house was immaculately clean. It was close to all cafes, shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the ocean. We were very relaxed in the home from home feel and of course being able to hear the ocean from the balcony in the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy with the environment being so quiet at night. We would definitely recommend to all travellers and would love to come back. Ruby was great and checked in that all was ok. 10/10

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

Our family stay at this stunning beachfront home was nothing short of magical! The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and entertaining stay—especially for families with kids. The location is simply unbeatable. A private, enchanting boardwalk leads directly to a breathtaking stretch of ocean, where the beach is peaceful and uncrowded. There’s no need for a car; everything is just a short stroll away, including a fantastic café and restaurant. Waking up to the sound of waves, feeling the sea breeze, and enjoying the coastal charm was an absolute dream. Whether it was relaxing on the deck, exploring the beach, or just soaking in the surroundings, every moment felt special. The hosts were wonderful, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re looking to escape the city and immerse yourself in seaside tranquility, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to return!

such a great location, the house suited our needs beautifully. Great communication with our host Suzi. the welcome Tim Tam's were a huge hit with my crew. pet friendly with a great back yard and fully fenced front yard. Laycee our dog (human) loved chasing her toy around the yards. We had access to everything we needed, right down to stubby coolers for the boys beers. Thank you Suzi, we loved our stay.

We stayed at Soul Beach House during cyclone Alfred, while the Sunshine Coast wasn’t affected too much by the cyclone. This trip had been planned for 6months months and 5 Mum’s weren’t missing the chance to escape our children for 4nights. Tamara and the Team, went above and beyond with touching base and making sure everything was ok and we were able to all fly out safely and ensuring our safety while staying in the accommodation. We all would definitely head back to Alexandra Headland, as it was very close to everything you needed and days trips. The house is perfect location for walks along the foreshore and cafes and restaurants and if you are looking for slower pace of life for few days. The house it is self is beautifully designed and having everything you needed to feel right at home.

A really great apartment with all that you need and more. The pantry was very well stocked, lots of cooking utensils. Lovely decor and big comfortable beds. We stayed during Alfred and there was constant communication and guidance, they even dropped off torches and candles, just in case. The only negative was that the sauna was out of action. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon.

We loved our stay! Matt’s place feels like home and the view is amazing. Great amenities for short or long term stay! The best location with everything you need within walking distance including the beach. Matt is very responsive and generous with the check in and out times. Don’t hesitate to book!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Everything was perfect expect unfortunately the lifts were broken for the 3 days we stayed. Was a bit difficult bringing up bags, and exiting the underground car park as you had to go back through the gates. Other than that everything was great!!! 5 ⭐️

Thankyou Melissa for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect, it smelt amazing, it was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the beach was so lovely and relaxing, being able to hear the waves from our rooms. Great communication and responsiveness. I would love to come back in the future!
