Vacation rentals with beach access in Kings Beach

Hayley has an absolutely amazing apartment right above all the amazing shops and restaurants on the main strip at Mooloolaba. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would absolutely love to come back some time. Everything is walkable and once we had parked the car in the secure car park we didn’t need to drive anywhere until we left. The unit is lovely with beautifully renovated modern kitchen and bathrooms. The couch’s were super comfy and the outdoor areas were so vast and amazing! A Would 100% recommend staying here! Everything was just perfect! Thank you! 🙏

We loved our stay in Alexandra Headland, the location was incredible, right across from the beach, and the apartment was very private & quiet. If we visit the area again, Paula's place would be our first pick.

Great location and amenities, easy no fuss check in and communication the whole stay was easy. So great having the rooftop access to chill outdoors. Highly recommend staying if you’re looking for a Sunshine Coast getaway.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The location is perfect! Cafe downstairs, patrolled beach directly across the road. It has a fantastic view of the ocean and has all the amenities you need. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment, with one of the best equipped kitchens, has not only the basics, but also extras such as a Rice Cooker, sandwich press, coffee maker and best of all generous sized coffee mugs! The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings and decor of a high standard. The shared garden area is a bonus for families, the grandchildren really enjoyed the space. Alex is an organised host who is very responsive and her check-in instructions were super easy to follow. All in all a great place to stay!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The home and views were even better than pictures. Clean, stylish, and comfortable. I can’t say enough about how perfectly Trish has put together her place and how well it is maintained. Views are amazing and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing against the rocks - so peaceful. Two things to note which are in the description - three flights of stairs and very tight parking spot. Highly recommended. Hope we can stay there again-next time we go to Caloundra.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Emily’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Emily and Emma was smooth and prompt, making our stay hassle-free. Upon arrival, were given a thorough information of the property. Our stay at Suzi's place was wonderful! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the hospitality and kindness extended by Suzi and her husband. They went above and beyond, even taking the bins out for us, which was such a nice gesture. The location was fantastic-close to everything we needed, making it convenient and enjoyable for us and the boys. Thank you, Suzi, for letting us extend our stay. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful time, swimming in the pool, visiting the beach, and local cafes with our dogs. The house is spacious and well equipped; enough room for grandparents (us), grandchildren and their parents.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for two adults, three teenagers and our golden retriever. We could walk to the dog beach in a couple of minutes, with a flagged swimming area 15 mins walk away. Everything was really clean and we found all we needed in the kitchen. The large verandas and big rooms made our stay really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Soul beach house was the perfect place for us to relax and spend time together. It was my final week before returning to the uk after visiting my daughters who live in Australia. Gorgeous spot to relax and get out and adventure also. Great location. Beautiful view's. Handy to things close by. Great walking distance to beach, comfy beds. Best way to end the day was to sit with a wine in arvos looking at water from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

Very nicely presented and sizeable space for a few days stay. Clean and well equiped. Quick beach access. As mentioned in description there was some construction noise, but not too much on weekend.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate and the location was excellent - right across the road from beautiful, vibrant and bustling Dicky beach. Only a stones throw away from a supermarket, restaurant and gelato spot. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions for check in. Would love to stay again in the near future.

Great location with the shopping centre on one side and beach on the other. Beds super comfortable. Pool was fantastic especially with the rainy weather.

This was one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed at - and i do a lot of travelling. It had absolutely everything i needed, it was perfectly located (cole’s is right there and you’re basically on the beach), it was so comfortable and homey and so clean! I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here when visiting sunshine coast.
