Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

KAOCAT is rustically beautiful. Spacious with a stunning sunsets. We highly recommend Kaocat. There are a few things to be aware of but please do not let these put you off at all. There are no steps down to the beach, but we climbed through the wooden rail and stepped down onto the various levels of concrete. We found this perfectly Vietnam. Also the villa is in a Vietnamese street/village. There are no tourist bars or restaurants near by, although a short taxi ride away or about a 30 minute walk and there are plenty. The villagers are so friendly and we loved living amongst a true Vietnam. The beach is only very small and there are a lot of fishing boats in the water, but it was perfect for a morning dip and, again, felt like a true experience. Air con in rooms is brilliant. None in lounge but we found the dans and the air con in the rooms sufficient. The host was fantastic and replied with any queries very quickly. Communicated with staff easily with Google translate too.

The stay at Henry’s House was great. Nice surrounding, friendly people and easy access to good restaurants via grab. We went there with a big group of 10 people and children. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely book the house again when travelling with bigger groups.

There was an unexpected maintenance issue with the place we booked. Our host communicated the issue very early and it gave us ample time to just relax and enjoy our breakfast in Phu Quoc. They were extremely accommodating and provided us with choices. The villas are well positioned in a very peaceful quiet area and so close to the beach. For anyone looking to have a peaceful and quiet get away, I highly recommend these villas.

An absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The rooms were designed to perfection and felt so stylish and cosy. Amazing pool, and lots of space to relax and work remotely. It was a little too remote for me as I don’t ride a scooter and didn’t want to walk alone at night. I was able to travel with Grab so not the end of the world, but definitely recommend getting a scooter. I’d stay again!

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. They made our experience to Phu Quoc to be a very pleasant one. Thank you. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

Great stay with a helpful host! The villa we originally booked had an electrical issue, Hung offered us an even better alternative. It was spacious and comfortable, walkable to the beach and had good breakfast.

This villa is sparkling clean and at a moderate distance to the resort and the marina, making it easy for us to go out to the sea.The host was warm and welcoming, arranged the reception staff in advance, and gave us a flexible check-in time.The room has all the necessities, the decoration is new, there is a straight-through elevator, the surrounding environment is safe and private, the sleeping environment is quiet, the surrounding breakfast is also delicious, very recommended!
