Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Phnom Penh

Highly recommended! Most sort after location to stay when touring Phnom Penh. Apartment is near to many attractions, restaurants, cafe , shopping and convenient stores. The apartment has the best unblocked city view. It is clean, homely and had beautifully designed interior. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker and induction cooker. Comes with washing machine and clothes drying racks at the balcony. Facilitates were extensive too. A baby play pool, an indoor sky pool, an outdoor sky pool, a sky bar with 360 degree city view. The night view is so mesmerising! The property facilities also include a high ceiling classy lobby, a business centre and huge conference room. Children’s share of fun includes a huge games room where they can play air hockey, table tennis, fuzz ball table & billiards. Narith is also a super host. He is responsive, very friendly and professional. Pefect for both adults and children! Will return! 😃

D SUITES was my best experience in Cambodia, leaving to their place was just a same feeling as me traveling within China, host is a very young couple and warm hearted people I really appreciated the way they received me in their place I can really and fully recommend this place to anyone who is or planning to come in Cambodia. 大家可以去试试这个地方真的非常不错 价格也很不错😋

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and large apartment. Very functional apartment and excellent communication with Sam. We travel by bike and our bikes were safe inside the building every night. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood 10 minutes from tuk tuk downtown. Thank you.

I stayed for 1 week at Jays place and it was great. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Communication with Jay was excellent and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Can’t express how much we loved this place. Pure luxury, impeccable, very clean and comfortable. Pictures speak for themselves. The view was fun during the Water Festival with spectacular views of the fireworks and boat parade, and when the crowds were gone, the riverfront was even more beautiful and peaceful with an amazing sunrise. The host seems very relaxed. Not much interaction but no complaints because we didn’t need a single thing during our stay. The washer and dryer combo with detergent provided was a major bonus. All basic toiletries and household products were supplied which made it very convenient to not have to run out and shop after check-in. Would like to mention though there is no elevator so the stairs might be hard for some with heavy luggage but the staff helped carry it up which was so kind and helpful. Also it felt like good exercise so didn’t bother us at all. Would absolutely stay again!

Borei's place is in a great location and worked perfectly for us as two couples travelling. The view of the river was great and it was a lovely open and airy apartment. We were very comfortable here and I would stay again. It was good value for money and Borei even offered help at any time through my travels throughout Cambodia. Great stay!

Super friendly host and very helpful 🙂. The place is very nice, fast wifi and good air conditioning. Very close to amenities and food markets. Highly recommend it!

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

Had a very good stay at Poline's. Everything was very clean and comfortable as shown in the pictures. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom and was nice to have the washing machine as well. Location was good near the center of Phnom Penh. Poline was very kind and provided clear instructions on how to check in.

It's a modern apartment, well furnished. Perhaps a little small if you're planning on staying at home a lot. The communication with the owner's team was always courteous, kind and responsive to my needs. The gym had almost everything you could need for a good workout. The wifi was a bit problematic. It was patchy and slow for the first week, then the host upgraded it and it was then ok for 2 weeks, but in the last week it became patchy again. I didn't rely on it and there is common wifi within the apartment complex that can be used anyway.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!

We celebrate new year in this room, so it was perfect. Amazing view! Room was very clean and comfy. Price of the rent is reasonable. Fast answers on all questions. Highly recommend!
