Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kerrville

Great stay just two blocks from Main Street, we were able to leave our vehicle at the house while we explored Fredericksburg, we only stayed one night but we would stay again, i highly recommend.

Booked this house so I could have my wedding weekend/bridal party to get ready here, and it was truly perfect! Not only does the have the most gorgeous views but the large windows were great for natural lighting for the makeup team! The island and long counters were great for both hair and makeup teams! The house is about 15 minutes away from lost mission which was super convenient! The beds were extremely comfortable and I’m actually obsessed with their bath towels! I had some questions about the house and they responded so quickly! Definitely worth every penny!

Enjoyed our stay here, perfect for our group of four. Relaxing in the hot tub after our long road trip was our favorite part. We would love to stay again.

I would definitely recommend staying at Axel’s airbnb. He was communicative throughout the entire trip. The airbnb was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard was the highlight of the trip!! We enjoyed the hot tub and lounge area!

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

Beautiful home and scenery. We stayed at the Ranch House with family and had a wonderful time. The home has everything you need and they layout it perfect. Loved the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub for cold days and evenings. Having coffee on the porch watching the sunrise is amazing. The location was perfect, only about 10 minutes to Main Street and right by some beautiful wineries. Check in and check out was super easy and our host was so friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

Spectacular! The villa was peaceful, safe, and super clean. Brett was kind and accommodating. I’m the type of person that goes into an Airbnb and checks every corner before we put our bags down. I can say everything was immaculate, especially the mattresses and sheets — fresh, clean, and comfortable. The interior design is simple and modern, no clutter. Can’t wait to stay again! My family and friends are very happy with the place. It makes you feel at home. Its very private, and unbelievably peaceful. Star gazing was our favorite thing to do at night, followed by the big fire pit ( make sure you take your folding chairs). The bathrooms are equipped with enough towels and are clean. In cold weather you are warm, if its hot you can feel fresh with ac. The pool table was such a great entertainment !! We did some hiking in the trails the property offers and its totally worth your effort and time. Our group of 15 were all very comfortable, happy and ready to come back again. !!

Awesome space with beautiful animals. If I could recommend one thing, make sure description list stairs explicitly and just not in the safety area. It really helps with those that have disabilities. Definitely would recommend this place as a great place to stay.

This place was absolutely magical. My boyfriend and I booked this property to celebrate our 8 year anniversary and have some time to ourselves. We have a very busy life style, working full time while supporting 3 kids has kept us very busy. We wanted to take a weekend to get some quality time and reconnect with ourselves. This place was so peaceful, the views were amazing and the private cabin and hot tub was definitely the cherry on top. We loved every second here! We visited kerrville several times to get some groceries and something to eat for dinner. The cabin had everything we needed, plenty of towels and honey! Everything you could need for coffee was provided as well as plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knifes and cups. It is a journey getting to the cabin but it’s a beautiful journey. The instructions given are very clear and it was honestly easy to find the cabin. Thank you so much for everything! We’d love to visit again!!

Where do I even begin, this place made our 25th Wedding Anniversary very special. The atmosphere here was just breathtaking, we enjoyed every bit of it. The cabin was perfect, the hot tub was so relaxing and don't even get me started with the friendly cat that made our stay even better. The cabin was well stocked with amenities, quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The cabin was clean and remote along side the Medina river with lots of Deer siting from the cabin and outside. We enjoyed a nice fireplace on Christmas Day. It was a really nice stay at Joseph’s place… We would recommend staying here.

Fantastic place, have been to Fredericksburg a few times, but this has been my favorite place to stay. A bit away from the downtown area and the winery areas. Beautiful location with lots of privacy and solid amenities. Looking at coming back to this same spot.
