We love staying here. It is a great location right in town, but feels like you are out in the county. Beautiful views, the place has a great pool, game room and nice kitchen with everything you need. We will be back!

Tim’s place (Rio Bajo) was very delightful! We enjoyed sun bathing by the river, watching Tim’s bird feeder attract many cardinals and all sorts of beautiful birds, hot tub time, star glazing and so much more! Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful place with us!🙂

Absolutely perfect spot to go for families. He has thought of absolutely everything a family would need staying here. Also, he is a very responsive and friendly host. One of the best homes we have stayed in. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

My family enjoyed the stay at poco loco ranch. The kids enjoyed everything from the cows,the hiking area,the pool they LOVED the game room. Poco Loco Ranch is a Great place to visit with family there is so much to do.

This was our second stay and it was equally as wonderful as the first! The location is ideal for walks to Main Street (just one block away) and the house is well-equipped, clean and lovely. Judith is incredibly responsive and so helpful! We love staying here and will likely be back again!

Our only complaint was that we wish we would have booked a longer stay. We had such a great visit to Hunt and will definitely be back. The amenities and surroundings at this place are top notch. Thanks Jesse for your clear communication in making sure the check in process was smooth and easy!

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was very roomy and comfy with plenty of amenities and beautiful scenery all around the property. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and recreational area was great and we honestly spent most of our time there. The only thing if any were the many bees and wasps around that area but I guess that’s expected and out of their control. There were a lot of dead bugs floating inside the (2) pools and jacuzzi. It would have been a plus for sure if the water in the pools would’ve been cleaner. There’s many stores and good restaurants just a few minutes away. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely return to this property in the future.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

Celebrated my birthday with two girlfriends and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It was so cozy and close to everything in Fredericksburg. Thank you for the lovely recommendations, hospitality and accommodations. 5 Star Experience!!

My family and enjoyed our stay very much. We booked the house for Christmas and when we arrived the house had a beautiful Christmas tree set up and throughout the house was holiday decor. It really felt warm and cozy and we were extremely pleased with our experience. We definitely would stay again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay! Walking distance to the main street and the firewood/fire pit was also a nice touch!

Attention families and two couples traveling together. Lisa's rental is perfect for larger groups, with a complete upstairs and downstairs with sleeping and living areas. While there is only one full shower upstairs and one kitchen downstairs, these spaces could easily be shared. Everything about this rental is well done and thought through. The rental was spotless with comfortable beds and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Perhaps the best perk of all is the location. Plenty of green space for the kiddies and a walking path right out front that takes you to downtown Boerne, which is such a lovely, vibrant town. Communicating with Lisa was a pleasure.. She even allowed us to check out a bit later which was super kind. All in all this rental is just excellent!

We love staying here! We stay here about once a month. Its our home away from home when we have to be in San Antonio!

We have stayed here twice now and it was so centrally located to where we needed to be and very comfortable! We will be back next time we are in town for sure! The restaurant next door is really wonderful as well! A must!
