Vacation rentals with lake access in Kentucky

We’ll be coming back! The place is stocked with everything you would need to feel cozy + at home. We spent so much time on the water and curled up with books on the patio. Air bnbs rarely have throw blankets, and we really appreciated having those! Thank you so much!

Debra’s lake house was absolutely beautiful! She checked in with us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. She also made sure to let me know there was baby monitor, play pen, walker .. etc for my twin 8 months olds. Ohh plenty of towels. We normally pack extra or buy some but there as no need. We were down for our older kids Christmas trip to the ark & it was very convenient & a short drive. Will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for hosting us

The cottage was exactly as described and felt cozy and comfortable as if we were at home. The surroundings were clean, beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely be staying here again at some point.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We were able to have a cozy galentine's day get together with plenty of space and a delightful location. Brad and Meg were quick to respond and happy to accommodate anything I needed, which was so helpful. We're already talking about booking again when the weather is warm- we love it here! 5 stars, no notes for this stay :)

Peaceful location and very nice little A frame house. Great view and exactly the get away we were hoping for. We have shared and recommended to others, would be ideal for a single family or a pair of couples looking for a rural retreat.

David was a great host. The house was great and it was extremely nice and comfortable. The back porch was nice. We will definitely will be staying again if we have to come back for work. Thanks again for everything.

An absolutely amazing stay! Our entire group had no complaints. The indoor and outdoor living areas where very accommodating for a large crowd. We will absolutely return!!

Kelly’s place was AWESOME. We came during the “great flood of 2025” and still had a great time. The place is very spacious and easily fit 12 people. The house was clean and very welcoming. Kelly was super responsive and gave us great local recommendations which was so helpful. Felt like a little retreat and we highly recommend this little piece of paradise! You won’t regret booking this Airbnb.

It’s clean and comfortable. The little extras like coffee and a shower stocked with soap and shampoo make all the difference. Makes traveling easy.

Grand Rivers Funky Little Shack is my new happy place. It’s adorable—definitely not what I would call a ’shack’—perfect for one or two people and a dog. I was there on a Monday before the busy season kicked in, so some of the restaurants were closed, including the pizza joint right next-door which I was looking forward to. The home is close to the heart of Grand Rivers and within easy walking distance of Lighthouse Landing and other places. I would definitely stay at the Shack again.

The place is in great location. And quiet

I was in town staying with family and it’s located next door. It made the trip so special and the opportunity to catch up on some much needed sleep. Comfortable and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for that week! So was so patient even when I had fallen asleep and blocked her driveway. This was the first stay of hopefully many to come!

Our plans were almost canceled due to water damage at another Airbnb but were saved thanks to a last minute pivot and very prompt response from Chris. It wasn’t what we were planning originally but we enjoyed our stay here so much more than we would have with the other place. It was a great location and we were able to go on a very nice hike which was our favorite part of the trip. The space was super clean and we felt right at home right away! Chris was super responsive very quickly for our entire stay and made things a lot easier for us. We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back ourselves.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

The place was so clean and felt like home. There were a few snacks left on the counter and a few waters in the fridge. The owner was very quick to answer back when we had a question. We liked it so much that we stayed until check out time and had to leave. Will definitely rent again when I come back.

Great place for a quiet retreat. Simply beautiful with gorgeous views and light. Perfect place to spend time with a friend or loved one. Clean and fit description.

We really enjoyed the home. It was very comfortable. The view of the water was awesome!

This was our second stay with Liz. We felt right at home when we walked in. Everything was super comfortable and loved all the afghans. It was so peaceful. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and listening to all the song birds.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

Tonya was an AMAZING host! Her place is just as described, and she was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We stayed in early April right after it had been raining heavily for a few days, so sadly we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities she had to offer as much as we wanted, plus the pool wasn't open yet. The first day we arrived; we did go on the kayaks for a bit, but it was short lived because it was too cold, the second day was super windy and colder than we had expected, which prevented us from being able to do much outside, (but we ended up visiting the Creation Museum that day anyways, and then the ARK the following morning; both were 5 stars!) but unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, so i paid for 3 nights and ended up only staying 2, and couldn't really enjoy the added amenities due to weather while we were there, so I wouldn't give the experience 5 stars, but I do give Tonya and her place 5 stars b/c everything was exactly as described. :) Thank You Tonya

Great accommodations!

We have stayed in this resort on several occasions. This was our first with Matt. The house was just as described with several amenities. Feel free to look at my profile to see how I’ve commented about other hosts. Matt set the bar to an extreme level. We were there during the storms/rain in the area. Matt promptly replied to every text within minutes showing a true care and concern for our safety. Highly recommend this house for your next stay! Kudos to Matt

enjoyed my stay at the cottage. better than the photos. there was a private parking spot out front and a view of the property from the side windows. nice wrap around deck. Wi-Fi worked great for work. hosts were great.
