Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kent

Jim was a fantastic and responsive host. We really enjoyed the fireplace heater, it made our mornings nice and cozy. I was surprised with the amount of amenities this house had! We felt at home and comfortable the whole weekend. We truly felt the effort y’all put into this B&B! Thanks so much!

Kelly’s house is a wonderful find. It’s located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants and Climate Pledge Arena. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a lovely weekend in town. Kelly is very quick to respond and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Kelly’s house for a great time in Seattle.

A quaint, older house with a nice backyard. Lots of thoughtful amenities. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, and the sink doesn't have a garbage disposal, FYI (not complaining). Even though the fridge ice & water don't work, a water purifying pitcher was provided. Bed are super comfy with memory foam. Spacious washer and dryer! Desks provided in each room. It was a nice stay, and I would stay there again.

David was a wonderful host and we felt like we were staying in a well cared for home. Great attention to detail with everything. My daughter loved playing in their front yard, backyard and inside the home with all the toys. Also very conveniently located to all the amenities nearby with a fully stocked kitchen. We would 100% recommend to anyone!

This was our second time staying here . It was perfect for visiting our son in proctor . It’s quiet and close to all stores . Julie’s home had everything we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving visit . We can’t wait to stay again .

It was very nice to stay in Wallingsford at this property. The hosts communicated well and we would stay in the area again.

This was a lovely stay with great amenities. Shannon was responsive and kind in her communication. The bathroom is unique in that it does have a spa feeling with the sauna, huge tub, spacious shower, and bidet.

I stayed in Sasha’s basement apartment for 11 days in October. It is a cute space for one or two people, and had absolutely everything I needed to fix coffee, breakfast and lunch. The kitchen is good size with a farm sink, wooden counter tops, a microwave, toaster oven and a full-sized refrigerator. Best of all was that Sasha provides a French press coffee maker as well as coffee cone, filters and a beautiful electric pour-over kettle. Although the apartment can be a bit chilly, the bed is warm, and has a cozy comforter. There are electric space heaters in the bedroom and living room plus gas heat. I was a bit cold at first, but I just had to ask Sasha to turn up the heat. It should be mentioned that one does hear footsteps from the living space above. The shower is hot, and Sasha provides various soaps and clean towels. The apartment is clean, and I felt very comfortable there. The neighborhood is excellent. I enjoyed my stay, and Sasha is an excellent, responsive host.

Had a great stay. Really nicer than the pictures . Great location. Safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend it. In fact I shared this with friends and family going to Seattle

We needed a place to stay for 6 days for our daughters baby shower in Issaquah and a perfect "home" we found! Steve & Louise's Fox Trail Bed and Breakfast ... WOW! This place is beautiful! Steve greeted us with a walk-through and explained everything and anything we needed. Talk about a clean B&B...this place is spotless and had everything we needed for our long stay. Way above and beyond our expectations for sure... Sending us things to do by text, anything we needed, and they knew we were here for our daughters baby shower and even bought a baby shower gift that was waiting for us when we arrived!! One of the best Airbnb's we had. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our visit.

Very pleasant stay. It's a thoughtfully laid out studio. Had no problems and everything was as described. It's a basement apartment so there are no views to speak of and you'd want to keep the blinds closed for privacy but that wasn't an issue for me. I'd definitely stay here again.

My stay was so short, and I simply wished I had more nights in this cozy space. I walked to dinner the night I got in and loved the neighborhood! Inside the unit, everything felt very clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear and direct without being overwhelming like some rentals can be. Tim was very responsive and kind. I would recommend this rental!

Jan & Greg were excellent hosts - extremely friendly and helpful. The space was so cozy and was amazingly well stocked for such a small space. The views were incredible.

What a lovely stay we had with a walkable score to us of 100% as we had lived in WS before. Only our second air b&b so Patri k was kind at showing us the ropes. Brand new unit appointed well for us peeps and pups. Will definitely return Thanks Patrick and team.🥰🐕

This is my second time staying at Vlad's place and I would definitely stay here again. It's just as described - a comfortable well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you'd need to cook a meal. Vlad is a great host and very responsive. Also it's set up really well for remote working with 2 monitors and various cords/cables with a standing desk and comfortable desk chair.

Kathy’s place was perfect for us. Spacious enough for four, well equipped, very clean and generally very comfortable. The location has good transit connections and is within walking distance of Green Lake, the Green Lake commercial area including the PCC coop, and the shops and restaurants in Tangletown and along 45th St.

Kathie's place is a wonderful, peaceful space filled with so much love and consideration for the little details. From the amazing homemade muffins for breakfast to the beautiful welcome with fairy lights and little notes everywhere to explain everything. It even has a swing outside and some lovely medows outside the door/window to observe the birds & squirrels. Kathie was super responsive and even organized a baby bed for our son. Loved it all!

Amazing stay at this gem. What a great, authentic BnB style. Loved all of the food provided, Storyville coffee was to die for, and extremely comfortable stay. Would definitely come here again.

I absolutely can’t say enough kind words about Cathy & Mike. This Airbnb would get 10 stars if I could! So incredibly clean, and peaceful! Also Cathy is extremely thoughtful and welcoming for me & my sweet dolce (fur baby 🐶) would always choose this Airbnb for needed stays and relaxation! 🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽 choosing to stay here was an absolute blessing!

Hanna is a great host. Left feeling that I wanted to spend more time with her. Beautiful home and neighborhood with great recommendations for places I was visiting. Fresh flowers all over the gardens and house. Highly recommend.
