Vacation rentals with beach access in Kent Island

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

Ebony is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had through Airbnb. Very responsive and helpful! You want crab at 10pm? She’ll find it for you! The view from the home was gorgeous. Very nice and quiet which allowed us some relaxation. Pleasantly surprised by the fireflies in the backyard and the huge magnolias on the tree (neither can be found in Montana where we came from). Great place. Would stay again if I ever return to the area!

Exquisite. Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the backyards of captains row at naval academy. Amongst many historic properties open to visitors. The bed was like a super high end hotel. We LOVED this house and Annapolis. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and in a great location on Kent Island. Easy access to rest of MD. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful place in a lovely private community. Walkable to water views. Easy drive to all things Annapolis. Clean, quiet, and safe for a solo traveler. Kathleen was kind and helpful and has thought of everything to make this a perfect stay for her guests. Parking was easy and off street. Comfortable bed and furniture. Truly felt like I was home! Don’t hesitate to book!

Stayed here for 5 days while our floors were being refinished. Great place for 2 people who are working from home. Loved the loft where I could getaway and do some yoga. And the sectional sofa was perfect for 2 people to fully lounge and watch TV. We had everything we needed for a longer stay and were very comfortable. Also appreciate that this place is pet friendly and we could bring our cat.

Deborah was a great host! Very communicative and helpful when we had questions. The contactless checkin could not have been easier. The place was super clean and had the things you need to be comfortable. We loved that it was right in town and very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, West Marine and the hardware store. It’s the perfect spot for boat cruisers who have a boat on the hard and can’t live aboard while doing the work.

Lauren’s place was very nice and accommodating for our family Christmas get together. She was very responsive and offered to help out with anything we needed while at the property. The place had the equipment we needed for cooking and serving meals throughout the stay!

Great stay with a "warm and cozy" feel. Nick's communication was great, we had everything and more we could ask for. Great snacks and plenty of cooking supplies. Views were great and we look forward to visiting again!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We were delightfully pleased with our stay here. The house was clean and comfortably fit our 3 adults and 2 kids. We were happy with the “extras” like having our linens and towels cleaned and wrapped in plastic, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen stocked with cookware, and the decor. The best part was the view and proximity to the water. The pictures do not do the sunset justice. We will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!

Our stay was great! We went to the dive bar for dinner it was super cute! Then we went to the brewery for drinks. The location was great. The apartment was super clean and beautiful. We would stay again!

This property is located in a safe area and only a two minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The neighbors were quiet and non-disruptive. The property was odor free and very clean aside from a few bugs in the basement but that is to be expected. The interior was true to its listed description. I enjoyed my stay.

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

Loved our stay here in this cute private apartment. Parking was easy. Neighborhood was adorable, lots of restaurants and the marina all super close by. Downtown Cambridge is pretty quiet, so still very peaceful despite being close to everything. The only thing to note is that there is an historic government building nearby that chimes it's bell every hour. If you are s light sleeper, bring earplugs.

This apartment was perfect for our family get together. Although we had a short stay, every detail made us feel very welcome. Michelle was very helpful and promptly mer our needs.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic right on the water across from the small beach that is available and right on the boardwalk. We used this for a getaway with my wife, and we spent a lot of time just sitting on the balcony people watching and enjoying the beautiful view of the water. The owners were very responsive answering questions and the instructions to get in were very easy. We were walking distance from anywhere you would like to go- restaurants, Café, ice cream, the boardwalk, and the small beach on the bay right across the street. We were also a very short car ride or a bike ride away from another boardwalk on the bay and the Chesapeake beach Railway Trail through the marshes. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Decorations were lovely and everything felt brand new and spacious. There were two bedrooms and while we didn’t use one of them, the bed that we slept in very comfortable. We definitely recommend!
