Vacation rentals with beach access in Queen Anne's County

Checkin/Checkout were super easy. Our suite was very cozy and clean. It had all the essentials and was conveniently located in the middle of town. Flash (our dog), my wife, and I really enjoyed our stay! We definitely recommend Deborah and Cinammon By the Bay.

The Eastern Shore is full of wonderful places to stay and visit, but this spot is at the top of the list. While I was mostly visiting friends and family in nearby Easton, this was by far more affordable than any hotel stay in that area, with much better amenities. Quiet and peaceful with pristine surroundings. I would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect and cozy for our girls weekend. The river views made for great coffee talk, even with pouring rain outside. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

First of all they were excellent host. We are very big on hospitality and if we had to grade them on a 1-10 scale I would rate them a 20. Beautiful home made me and my family felt welcomed. If we needed anything or had any questions they instantly responded. Most of all the nice big beautiful hot tub is what I would have to say we enjoyed the most. Being that we’re only a little under a hour away we will be back.

This was a late booking for a nearby event we wanted to attend. Everything was cozy and clean and Monica is a wonderful host. Would stay again and recommend. Thank you for helping us have such a relaxing and fun time in Rock Hall!

Curtis was a wonderful host -- super responsive when we had questions, made certain we arrived safely and securely, had the house spotless on arrival and really took care to make us as comfortable as possible. Sleeping was a dream -- new mattresses and the freshest linens. Rock Hall is lovely, quiet bayside town for a real getaway, and an easy drive to other spots on the Eastern Shore.

Our family had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at Martha’s Airbnb. The house was well-designed, the location was convenient, and we enjoyed the games in the basement and the beautiful views. The pizza oven was a fun touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great Thanksgiving meal. We also appreciated the nearby nature preserve and had fun playing Catan and putting some jigsaw puzzles together. Martha was very accommodating, even letting us extend our stay briefly when we ran into an issue unlocking our car. It was a great experience overall, and we’d definitely recommend her place.

We really enjoyed our stay here - it's so inviting, spacious, and "homey", and incredibly well-stocked. Tons of pots, pans, utensils, etc for cooking. We loved the main living area, bright and open. Large primary suite, mattress is quite firm. A couple of relatives joined us for a few days, and we had fun playing some of the games. Lots of local recommendations provided in guest book - we tried Harris' Crabhouse which was very good. Also walked to the Blue Heron preserve, wonderful place for a nature walk. Host communicated well and was very responsive to questions. Hope to return in warmer weather and use the deck.

We had a great time at Justin's place! We were 2 families with 5 small kids getting out of DC for the holiday weekend, and Justin's place gave us just what we needed. The kids had a great time playing in the downstairs playroom, making snowmen in the big backyard, playing with the puzzles and games, and walking across the street to see the frozen water. The house had everything we needed, and we hope to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beach access! Justin was a fantastic host - super communicative, responsive and understanding (like I said, 5 small kids :) - he even came to the house late the first night to drop off extra crib sheets for the pack and play! And the location was great - a quiet street, near the water, but also super close to a shopping center that had everything we needed (grocery store, pizza shop, liquor store), and just 15 minutes to all the places we wanted to go. We had a great time!

Excellent communication resolved in 0 frustration. The jome is beautiful and clean exacly as described on the profile. we are a family of 6 the kids had a blast and did spend a lot of time at the hit tub. amazing view of the Bay is worth every minute Thank you again and again!
