Condo vacation rentals in Kennebunk

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

Meredith’s Cranmore condo was exactly as described and shown! It was the perfect home base for us for our friend’s wedding weekend at Cranmore. Communication was great and she kindly let us check in early. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach. Breathless views of the sunrise and sunset. This was a 2nd year staying at this location and I will be booking again. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a great stay. The layout was perfect - and bigger than expected. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and super clean! We would for sure rent again.

We have stayed here for 3 years running for Thanksgiving and it’s always a blast. We love being at the mountain, having snow some years, and being so close to Conway. Thanks Jennifer for the memories!!!

We were two couples and the condo was perfect. A great weekend was had in this very clean condo with a nice warm vibe. Diane was very responsive and flexible with our early check in, which was appreciated. We would definitely book this condo again if available.

We loved the beautiful views from Bob’s place. The downtown location was perfect. And we visited the YumYum shop every morning!! YUM

Had an awesome time in Portland! The place was very cozy. We spent most of the day out and would come back once or twice during the day to rest and sleep. It was a cute spot and the tv was nice and big. Awesome for fall movie watching! My fiance loved the big bookshelf, too. My only gripe was about the parking. You may very well have to pay for a spot at the nearby garage, unless you get lucky and find a spot in a section of the street without a time limit. All in all, the area was nice! Families live in the same building, so I felt it was a safe area. PRO TIP: I would look at your total stay cost including additional fees, then compare it to hotels nearby. They are not too too different. Although, if you rather the more homey apartment living, like us, then this should still be your go-to!

A great location with beautiful views as well as all the stores and restaurants that you could want nearby. The place was clean, as described, and perfect for my stay.

My husband and our kids stayed at Alyssa’s condo for a trip to Story Land and they had a great time! Location was awesome and they thoroughly enjoyed the arcade!

My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The condo was very cute, cozy, and comfy. Great location for walk anywhere. The kitchen was stocked very well for our Thanksgiving Dinner! Very nice well stocked coffee bar! Very thoughtful. Very prompt communication to all my questions. Perfect size for four people. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Kayla & Nick for helping make our stay in Portland so nice!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

William's place was nice and convenient. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the White Mountains and Conway is a short drive for tons of restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and comfortable. It is part of a resort so there are other units in the same building. That being said, it was quiet and peaceful while we were there.

The location was perfect and just as described. Just a 2 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other sites. Charming condo and perfect for 2 people looking for a little time away from it all. Highly recommend this location

Our family had a great stay. The place was as described. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the loft!! The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make a great breakfast and taco night! The location is very close to the main street in North Conway (scenic railroad, Zebs). Short ride to the Saco River companies (our reason for the visit) Would highly recommend this property. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in/out was simple. Message responses were prompt. We loved our 5 nights stay at this condo. It was the second time in the Patrick's apartment. As I said last year the condo is very large and well equipped, the two bathrooms, the dishwasher and the washer-dryer were well appreciated. The condo is well located for hiking, skiing, restaurants and the place is quiet. The whole family really liked the nearby clubhouse with its swimming pool and these arcades. The communication with Patrick was very easy and we will definitely return there the next time we are in the North Conway area.
