We rented this place for a girls weekend getaway. It was what we expected from the description and exactly what we needed. We stayed in and cooked, enjoyed the firepit and nestled in to the cozy beds. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so close to shopping, food and the beach…although it snowed and rained the weekend we stayed so we didn’t explore much. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

This place is within walking distance to the beach, miniature golf, restaurants, an amusement park and a place that will steam lobsters for you. We went to the lobster place twice to bring these large beauties home. 1 bathroom was upstair with the bedrooms, and 1 downstairs. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a great vacation with weather in the 70s and being from Texas where the temperature was 100+, it was heaven.

This was a wonderful house to spend new years at! The management company is extremely responsive and able to help with anything at a moments notice. The location is wonderful, very quiet and so close to town. We enjoyed a day trip to Portland and the connivence of downtown Kennebunkport. House is extremely comfy.

Our group of 5 adults were so pleased we chose to stay at Jason’s house in Old Orchard Beach. We first looked at places in Portland, but Jason’s spacious house offered a quieter setting, with parking and more amenities, at a better price. Comfortable beds, immaculate throughout. Very thoughtfully appointed, with nightstands on both sides of the beds, and superior blackout blinds in the bedrooms. And we ended up spending less time in Old Port, because we enjoyed exploring the towns south of Portland: Old Orchard Beach, Saco, Biddeford, and we found good restaurants (including Holy Donuts!) nearby. We had no issues: we contacted Jason to confirmed our arrival/departure and he responded within minutes. We highly recommend!

We adored this Air BnB--it was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could have dreamed of needing, was super comfy and cozy and even decorated for the holidays during our visit in late December--I can't say enough good things about it! My kids loved the numerous games and puzzles available, and we loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen :) We will for sure try to stay here again when we return to Portland!

This was our 4th year staying at Sandy Cove to celebrate Christmas with our entire family. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate overnight stays. We love the 2 dining room tables and refrigerators. We had a small issue with a clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to Mike and he sent someone over to fix it within a few hours. We hope to stay again next year!

Katie was a wonderful host! She proactively reached out to confirm our stay, provide detailed information on the house and ensure all my questions were answered. Both check-in and check-out were flexible and very easy thanks to the instructions she offered. Katie checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the house and her responses to my inquiries were very prompt. As for the house, it was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of parking, lots of room for our group to spread out and the kitchen/family room was very large and comfortable, acting as the perfect hub for our weekend stay. The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked I’ve ever come across in a rental! We had everything we could have possibly needed and cooked meals there with ease as all drawers and cabinets were clearly labeled with their contents. The basement game room is amazing and kept our crew entertained - it’s perfect! I highly recommend Maple View for any group!

This home met our family's every expectation! Terrific location, the property is walkable to town and the Marginal Way. The home is very spacious with plenty of sleeping space for our family of five. All amenities are provided, the kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels and linens. Cory could not have been more responsive to our every need. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely go back.
