Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kendal

The flat had everything we needed and we had a great stay. It's in a lovely location just outside the heart of Ambleside but all amenities are within easy walking distance (assuming hills are no problem for you). We found this to a be a great base to explore the Lakes and the owners are friendly and helpful.

Can't recommend this place more. The house is a dream, you really can see the snowy mountain from the lounge window. Adrian is a great host, he sent us recommendations and checked in with us during the stay. We will definitely be back!

Me and my friends had a fantastic time in Windermere thanks to the location and space we had with Johns flat. We couldn't have asked for anything more to be honest, particularly considering the low price that was paid. Will definitely stay here again when we next come to visit!

We had an amazing time there. The place felt quite cosy and we would barely think about going outside. Love the kitchen, the lounge and selection of board games will keep you occupied.

Our 3rd visit. As always the loft is a home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect location to explore the lake district. Will definitely be staying again the future 😃

I had a fantastic extended stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect—close to all attractions, yet in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My host was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the check-in process a breeze and always available to answer any questions. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Simon’s place was excellent. Great location - a few minutes walk to Keswick town centre and easy street parking right outside. Inside the house was really comfortable and plenty of space. Very comfy sofas and bed. We went out for dinner but the kitchen looked like it had everything we would have needed for cooking. There was even milk in the fridge!

Tom and Alison were both very accommodating and responsive hosts. The flat was homely and had many amenities such as a TV with streaming services set up, fast internet, and others that are usually not found. Great stay

Great stay at a view from within. David was a great communicator from the start which made things easy, very friendly host. The property is only a short walk from the centre of bowness but is still private and peaceful at the same time. The property itself is huge and probably even better in person than on the photos. Everyone was delighted with their rooms. The living room was a lovely cosy place to sit together at night and the jacuzzi/pool room was amazing, a great place to chill, shoot some pool or even just hang out at the bar area. It is a dog friendly property which meant our 2 Boston terriers were able to enjoy this luxury property with us. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils you would need and even though the Ice cube maker was out of order during our trip the hosts had even stocked the freezer up with ice for us. Great hosts and great property, highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's, a really beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. The home is modern and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds which is good after a long day of walking! The home is adorned with some gorgeous photos of the lake district taken by the host herself and she is quite an accomplished landscape photographer. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and we would definitely love to return to the house again.

We absolutely loved staying at the Mill! Sophie was so responsive, helpful, and kind while we took a holiday to enjoy the Lake District in the clear winter weather. The apartment was spacious and also cozy, with everything we wanted for the week, including a gorgeous view of the river (particularly at sunset!). Sophie also shared great tips for local hikes and other spots to explore, including a recommendation for a riverside thermal spa which was a real cherry on top to the week! Our two dogs, spanish greyhound rescues, loved walking around the area and exploring the countryside. We look forward to coming back!

Absolutely loved my stay. It had everything I needed and was pristine clean when I arrived. The location is good only a short walk in the centre of Kendal and lots of nice walks almost outside the front door. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay over New Year in Lottie's beautiful apartment. Even though the weather was really cold the apartment was lovely and warm throughout and being in the middle of Kendal meant it was easy to pop out for lots of tasty breakfasts and evening meals. Also a great location to explore the southern lakes and grab some Wainwright's. Lottie was an amazing host, there was a small issue with the flat on the first night but she was incredibly proactive in getting it sorted and communicative throughout so we knew what was happening. A credit to Airbnb, so would definitely recommend.

Amy’s place was just perfect! The location was great with everything within walking distance! The flat was just lovely! Spotless and clean with everything we needed! It felt that the hosts really cared about our stay!

Ray and Sue were brilliant hosts, very helpful when checking in and lots of helpful information in the property. The property was very clean and tidy. We were in the area for a wedding so didn’t get to explore much of the local area but would stay here again to go exploring.

No4 Windermere was perfect. Spotlessly Clean, beautifully presented, perfect location in the centre of Windermere. Private parking, Dave & Fiona are excellent hosts, very helpful and informative, highly recommended. We will definitely be booking again xx
