Private, comfortably furnished room with nice, clean common areas and a well equipped kitchen. Two shared full bathrooms for four private bedrooms. It was a perfect "port in a storm" for me while I waited for my local apartment to be renovated. Big, new washer/dryer so you can wash clothes and some bigger items like winter jackets, but quiet and far enough from the bedrooms that I was never disturbed if they were in use. Code locks on main door and on each private room. I felt that my belongings were always secure. Reasonable rules for common areas, too. While I was there, the other residents were quiet, courteous, and all cleaned up after themselves in the kitchen. There was NEVER a mess left behind. The price I paid was well worth it. I would stay here again if I ever needed a place while my home is being repaired or remodeled.

This is much like having your own apartment in downtown Seward. The sitting room is quite large and overlooks 4th Avenue, and has a view of the bay as well. Another big plus, easy parking in not 1 but 2 locations right outside the building. So many things are within a 5 minute walk, including the Sealife Center. This was just PERFECT. Thank you so much, Ristine, for providing it and for being so thoughtful and attentive!

Our family enjoyed our time at Sarah and Ryan’s. The views were great and space was nice. One minor issue is our GPS took us one street farther up, so be aware you need to watch for the house a bit and not mindlessly follow google maps. It happened to my parents on their way in, too. The house had a simply checkout process, which we appreciated. Great spot!

Perfect Alaskan setting with that remote in the woods feeling while still being close to town. The wood stove hot tub outside is seriously underrated as you can be relaxed and comfortable on a cold Alaskan night as you watch the stars above. Trevor is super laid back and helpful if you have any questions and is quick to respond. Saw moose in the yard the first night! Great rental for families or a group of friends.

The house was absolutely lovely and in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. One of the highlights was the office space, which was so needed and truly appreciated—it made the stay both comfortable and productive. The home was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!

Very convenient location for business at the airport. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only hiccup was the location of the lock box. Had heavy snow during our stay and the lock box became inaccessible. The issue was resolved quickly once Airbnb was notified.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is incredibly well-equipped, with every essential you could possibly need. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving meals - it had all the tools and appliances we could ask for. The location is ideal - close to scenic spots for exploring nature and just a short drive to downtown for shopping and dining. The hosts were great: proactive, responsive, and very easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Anchorage — you won’t be disappointed!
