My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

Definitely my favourite Airbnb booking in 7 years!! The cabin it’s very well equipped, I’d say they thought about everything. Everything is super clean, good smell in every room. They have 4 smart tv’s, one in each room/lounge. Bed sheets were good quality and smelling really good. Good wi-fi as well. The cabin it’s reserved out of anyone’s way, it’s super quiet (you’ll be the last one in a cul-de-sac), you’ll only hear the animals and river which can be seen of 2 different bedroom windows , so from privacy perspective spot on, ideal for a couple or a family escape. I will definitely go again, I usually don’t even leave reviews , but after 2 nights I fully recharged my batteries. Hot tub was again spotless and the right temperature, both of us really enjoyed that too. The only suggestion I’d have which is probably not a must, more like a personal preference, would be building 3 walls to break the wind and probably cover the canopy/roof over hot tub. We had a lovely and very comfortable stay of 3 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was really enjoyable spending time in such a spacious, tranquille space, in excellent condition, thoughtfully decorated, so well furnished and equipped, and needless to say spotlessly clean. It was a fantastic first experience also for my son to feed the checking, and collect and eat their eggs. Thank you for welcoming us.

Lucinda was a fantastic host and the property was beautiful! Even down to the finest details, we had everything to hand and couldn’t have possibly needed anything else, the surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful, we will definitely be returning here! The host even helped us when we had car trouble, going above and beyond to support us!

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Such a romantic and peaceful getaway. It was a little date weekend for me and it was our first time away together. We had such a lovely time, it was cosy and private which is exactly what we wanted. We were surrounded by beautiful views and had the company of 3 cute little goats and 3 gorgeous highland cows. The local town was a short drive away so could go for walks, get food and grab any little bits we needed. Everything was more or less provided. Even got hot water bottles, socks and hand warmers which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was different to anything I’ve seen before but it worked really well. Loved the outdoor kitchen area, we made use of the BBQ. It’s perfect for 2 people. Would definitely come back

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.
