Enjoyed a long weekend at Frank’s place. Everything was clean and well furnished. Family had zero issues. Tied our boat up at the provided dock w no worries. Screened in porch was the ideal spot for morning coffee and evening glasses of wine. Defiantly recommended for anyone

Awesome place in DT Sandusky, literally 10 min away from Cedar Point. We originally were going to stay for 3 nights, but extended it to 4. Easy to find, quiet, and contained many amenities to call it home.

Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed the old charm with updated kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Also, very walkable to a lot of locations. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Brian !

This is a great place to stay - central to everything! Steve was incredibly responsive, there was plenty of sleeping space, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the house is very clean, and there's a great garage space to sit in during the summer. My only suggestion is if you are going in the winter and are a light sleeper, plan to use earplugs or a whitenoise app during the night because the furnace is a bit loud (it's in the hall closet, which is pretty common in this area). For what it's worth, my son isn't a light sleeper and it didn't bother him at all.

We loved this house for our family gathering! It was so great having the park and beach right on the lake! View was fantastic. House was very comfortable and so well equipped for big gathering! Lynnette was so accommodating and helpful! Really hope to come back for another reunion with our family.

Dave's home was spacious for a large family and it's really close to the beach. We had a great time.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. the place was comfortable and spacious and the best part was the off-street parking and alley access for boat trailers.

This was our second time staying at this home. We absolutely love the location of the home with also quick access to the beach and downtown. The home is cozy and clean.

This beautiful home in Lakeside was super clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were gracious and gave detailed instructions and tips. We would definitely stay there again. The surrounding community is peaceful and beautiful.

We wanted a quick get-away by (frozen) Lake Erie and wanted to sit by a fire. The wood burning fireplace is lovely and works very well! There are actually 2! The kitchen is very well supplied with just about anything one might need. It is easy to get into town for restaurants. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Loved the festive decorations and atmosphere of the accommodations. Dishes and amenities, stocked ice machine, plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Stayed at Jessica's place for Thanksgiving weekend with four adults and four kids. It was a great spot - comfy beds for everyone, enough space to relax and not be tripping over eachother, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for our Thanksgiving cooking. We all like to cook and brought along things we thought weren't going to be provided, but sure enough, Jessica had thought of it! From spices to platters, leftover containers to spatulas - we were impressed! We'll also put in a plug for taking the ferry to Kelley's Island - the State Park there was fun to explore and the glacial grooves were incredible!

Immaculately clean, very comfortable. Every possible amenity is well thought out with meticulously detailed instructions. Books, games, a garage full of beach toys, as well as plentiful snacks. I’ll be staying here again

This was a very beautiful property. It was very quiet and the grounds were very well kept. The house was very nice as well with four bathrooms which we loved since we had a large group. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

One problem! Check in at 4, but check out at 11. Not a full two days. A lost of 5 hours. Check in should have been at 11.

The perfect place to enjoy a visit to Sandusky! It affords privacy with three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. The large kitchen and comfy great room area is perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening of dining and watching the big screen TV. You'll enjoy all the lake house themed decor in John's gracious home. Couldn't be more convenient to Cedar Point park, and it's just five minutes from some of Sandusky's other historic attractions in the charming downtown. Relaxing in the hot tub after a full day is a great bonus! It was the perfect place for our mini-family reunion. We would definitely return again.
