Spacious and luxurious villa with a fantastic sea view and a large swimming pool (shared with the villa next to it), overlooking the gulf of Koundouros.The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets towards Cape Sounio and relax by the pool. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door.

Unique combination of nature and deluxe. From the astonishing view of heart shaped Kalidonohi & Psili ammos to the peacefull walk into the olive grove. Shines of sunrise or moonlight colour the three blues of sky, sea and water pool. Its interiors were enriched with tastefully selected materials and furnishings surrounded in a gorgeous garden with swimming pool. The distance from the port is 16 km and the last 700 meters are dirt road accessible by conventional car.

A unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.
