Large and warm apartment for a comfortable stay

Our family had an incredible stay at Bauyrzhan’s place! The check-in process was smooth, and the communication was excellent—Host was quick to respond and super accommodating. The space itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to money exchange, groceries, coffee shops, transport, etc.. It was easy to get around, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough!I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in town. Thank you! :)

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Great place for short term stays, the host is extremely responsive and helpful. Nice restaurants 3 minutes away, quick rides by taxi to most of the places in the city from the apartment. Kitchen basics to cook some food at home Thanks to the host for their welcoming attitude and help!

I had a great one month stay at Zhavdat's place. Comfy bed and pillows, apartment was also super warm despite it being -30 outside at night. Communication with Zhavdat was easy - there were no issues with apartment at all during my stay, so, we communicated at the beginning and end of my stay. There is a small grocery shop in the actual building and a little pharmacy around the corner. 8 minute walk there is larger supermarket, where there are also some fast food places and this really tasty canteen style eatery. 12 min walk there is also decent gym (Iron Club), and about a 20min walk there is this nice public sauna called Therma to relax and warm up on a cold day. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

We loved the place and it felt like home! It had everything we needed iron- kitchen items- vacuum ..etc! I would say one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The location was amazing near to all the spots with society having own garden / park. I would appreciate the host for attending us so warmly and helping us to find the right deals, just felt like home.
