Vacation rentals with a patio in Kaysville

I recently stayed at Bella's place for a conference at Salt Palace. The location was fantastic, just across the street from the entrance to the conference. The Airbnb itself was very clean. Entry was easy, the art throughout the Airbnb was beautiful, but the highlight for me was the Espresso Machine. It made a cappucino at the press of a button! I would definitely stay at Bella's place again if I find myself in Salt Lake City.

The apartment was just like the pictures. The location is so close to many restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores. One thing that we didn’t anticipate was how much of a value the covered, secured garage space enhanced our stay. There were some days of snow or rain and we could walk to our clean dry car. Also, we arrived back late sometimes and never had to worry about finding a space. Porter and Taylee are very responsive and operate the space very professionally. We will definitely book it again.

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

I’m very stayed at very many places throughout my traveling and this is by far the best accommodations I’ve had! Friendly people and a great play to stay!

My second time staying at one of Amy’s places. Always clean, great location for what I need and she is very helpful when trying to book. I recommend.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We were there for a show at the Delta Center and it was the perfect location to be. We were able to walk to and from the show and we were right by all the bars and restaurants to be able to park our car when we got there and not have to use it until we left! Anthony was very helpful and responsive and was even able to get us an early check in last minute which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Sterling’s place during a 20 day in SLC. It's a really a nice apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless communication with the host. It is close to the Smith's supermarket, you also have many places nearby, both walking and driving.

We had a fantastic stay during our long weekend in Salt Lake City! The location was perfect for us, just down the road from my cousin’s house and minutes away from beautiful mountain hikes. The listing was exactly as described, and even though the space is attached to the main house, it truly felt like our own private place. Everything we needed was already there, including toiletries, kitchen essentials, towels, and blankets. We couldn’t have asked for more convenience and comfort. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Our family of four agrees that this is the absolute best Airbnb ever! From the time you walk in you feel like you’re visiting a family member who has thought of EVERYTHING to make you at home and comfortable. This place has so many amazing details and incredible amenities and we were completely blown away! It’s gorgeous inside and out and you can’t beat that view from the front porch! Would love to stay here again next time we visit SLC!

I needed to find a place to stay the same day because someone else canceled on me last minute. I booked with Zackary! He was awesome and responded quick he even let me do an early check in which was great and helpful! Would stay here again!

Brittany’s home was very welcoming and cozy. She was very responsive and friendly and all amenities were as listed! We didn’t know when we first booked the house that her and her sister would be in the basement, but it was no problem! They are super helpful and friendly and quiet; it felt like we had the place to ourselves anyway. The fireplace, sunroom, deck, and hot tub were great bonuses and made things feel luxurious and comfortable! Everything was spotless and clean and looked brand new and it really felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect spot to hang out at or come back to at the end of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City! I loved how convenient it was to walk to the sugar house area with the stores and the park! The view of the mountains is beautiful from The park. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is an awesome deal for a pet friendly stay. Fenced yard. Durable wood and tile floors. Will stay again! It was only 2 of us but this place would be perfect for a family trip. Great natural light with spacious bedrooms and 2 and a 1/4 bath! Great kitchen and roomy fridge. Very quiet neighborhood. A park / playground/ community center is next door . We commuted to Park City and Sugar House for activities. We cooked in, used the roku, and played boardgames as well. Thanks, Lisa!

This was the perfect place to spend a work week in SLC. The place was comfortable, bigger than it seems at first, and equipped with everything you need. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and very easy to get around SLC from here. The basement suite is beautiful and spacious and the sauna was a nice extra amenity!

Christie was wonderful to work with!! She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond with everything and the condo has a super comfy, at-home kinda feel to it!! We had a concert at the delta center and it was an easy walk, even in December! Would definitely book with this host again:)

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Thad’s home. Incredibly peaceful with such a beautiful view. His home was clean and cozy. I really appreciated how responsive and detailed he was. It’s a must stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The area is pretty and close to Powder Mountain, restaurants, and Ogden. The king bed is super comfortable which really allowed us to sleep and rest, and wake up refreshed for another adventure and a long drive. Josh is a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Launa's place is beautiful and clean. As well, she is a very attentive host. There was a storm and the power went out for an extended time and Launa texted to let mw know where a battery operated latern and two other batter operated lights were. Overall I would definitely recommend renting her place to anyone.

Lovely condo in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night but if we could we would have stayed a week!
