Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kaysville

Matthew place is great. We enjoyed our stay. The location is within a 30 minute drive to everything. The house is huge and he provides a well stock assortment of supplies. He is quick with responding and will try to accommodate you if he can. We hope to rent his place again in on our next trip.

Karissa's house was a cool and funky 100-year-old bungalow that was a cozy and comfy place to stay as we acclimated to altitude for our family ski trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the few neighbors we saw were friendly. The house had some great features like the basement sauna and a separate "she/he shed" overlooking a Koi Pond that was great for meditation. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Liked the off-street parking for loading and unloading our rental car. We would stay there in the future if we needed a place in SLC. If you require extra sleeping space for your guests, I suggest asking your shorter family members or friends to use the bedroom in the basement. The basement ceilings are a bit low for people over six feet tall.

We had an amazing stay at Allisons home. It was beautiful & so peaceful. The backyard was such a beautiful view from the kitchen & balcony. Was pleasently surprised that they had so many extras of all supplies. Normally we have to make a trip to the store, but not this time!!👍👍 Communication with Allison & Andrew was easy & any request was taken care of immediately. Definitely will be our Airbnb whenever we're in Utah :) Thanks Allison & Andrew!

This is the most beautiful, newest, and cleanest vacation rental we have ever used. The property is very well appointed. They have thought of everything! We were even treated to some tv streaming services loaded up and ready to go. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very quiet. We were confused by the fact that this is the basement of a home at first. Once we got inside we saw how lovely it is. Joy is easy to communicate with. The view is amazing. All in all, this was our best vacation rental stay so far.

Very safe and cozy. Gorgeous views of the mountains. Everything was clearly marked. Loved the beautiful rock garden!

Allison’s place was absolutely fantastic for our group and dogs! Would 10/10 recommend again. We ll most certainly be back!

We stayed at Tanjas place to ski Snowbird and Alta. It is an easy 30 minute drive to the ski resorts (weather dependent driving into the canyon- but we had no issues!!) the place is exactly as described, easy to check in, clean, amenities as listed. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place! Well-furnished with sweet little touches, multiple bedrooms, and beautiful views.

Very impressed with the amenities for a basement apartment—sink even had garbage disposal! Was happy to have dishwasher, laundry, fenced back yard great for my dogs, and very well stocked kitchen. Amazing trails you can run to straight from the house. Very positive experience!

Stan’s place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location to drive up into Little Cottonwood canyon. The space was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Would come back!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

This is one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve stayed at in a while. All the furniture and finishes were actually high quality and everything was clean. Stayed here for a trip to Nordic Valley and the location could not have been better, would definitely recommend!

Great location for our ski weekend. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Andrew responded quickly with dinner options - it’s a small town but we found a couple great places with Andrew’s recommendations. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back in the warmer months and enjoy other outdoor adventures.

Really enjoyed our stay!

A very pleasant, very clean place to stay. the furnishings and decor looked virtually brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Access and parking were easy. The bed was comfortable, and the scenery stunning. We were there to attend a family reunion, and for our needs the location was ideal---both to get to the relatives where the event was held, and to get back to a place of peace and relaxation afterwards.

Comfortable two br/2bath, larger bedroom on second floor with bathroom. Nice size living room/dining and fully equipped kitchen with bar for eating. On access road to Powder M.and very near Eden.

Andy went above and beyond for us! He was very accommodating and replied quickly. Andy saved the day for my friends and I on a a ski trip when our prior plans had fallen through! I highly recommend this cozy cabin vibe and beautiful mountains near by. Lots of board games and a hot tub near by as well!

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.

This place was truly perfect, awesome location near everything in downtown SLC. We reserved Matt’s Airbnb for a ski trip and the house was so close to multiple resorts, not to mention the easy street parking in case you had more than one car! Matt was always very responsive, and the house was in great conditions. Only down side was that the two bedrooms are open to the kitchen and living room, so it’s easy to hear noise. Still didn’t affect our experience what so ever. Totally recommend it!
