there was 24/7 hot water in the condo. Since we went at the end of March, it was a little cool. The worker of the house was extremely hot. When the place arrived, we opened the balcony door. We went to that area to visit the area of Ürgüp Goreme, we are glad that we preferred this place an hour away by car. we had this kind of accommodation for the first time. However, we are very satisfied. Mr. Faruk and other friends were always friendly and interested throughout the process, thank you. there are nice places to eat 5 minutes away by car, there are several cafes nearby. in the settlement on the left side of the street, Kasap Market can meet all kinds of needs.

Would definitely stay again at Fatih’s when I am back in town. Everything was great. Apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. Close to everywhere. Parking is good, and if you needed taxi, it’s just 1 minute walk away. Host was very responsive and he was gracious on check out time. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I came for skiing, I stayed with my family for 4 nights and you can go to the Erciyes ski resort in about 20 minutes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the city center where you can eat at affordable prices, the grocery store is 10 meters away, the room is enough for 4 people and the 5th person can stay if there are children.

This accommodation is very well located for those who do not have a car available. The check-in procedure is impeccable because we arrived quite late at night and they didn't give us any problems. Furkan is really nice and offered to help us find other activities. I highly recommend the accommodation for a family of 4 including a baby because there is a baby bed. Simple and convenient accommodation with shared garden table. You will find a kettle, tea or coffee, soap and shampoo. Thank you!

Very calm in the city of Mustafapasa with a nice view. The flat is big enough for 4 people. I recommend.

Ercan is a kind host very responsive. The House is as the photos show. Everything clean and functional. The neighborhood is a rural area, super quiet with wonderful views. I recommend it without hesitation.

What an incredible place and incredible hosts! We absolutely loved our stay and Hacer and her partner were so sweet and really make the place special. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this is the place to stay. You're within walking distance to town to get some great food, and a short drive away to Goreme. We felt right at home, and the space is so spacious. This is the place to stay if visiting!

We absolutely loved this unique house. Hikmet was so kind and gave many wonderful recommendations for things to do and a map to lay it all out. We were very happily surprised to be treated to a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was fantastic, quiet and private yet walking distance to several restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend staying here.
