Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kato Alepochori

Thank you very much for the hospitality!! Everything was perfect regarding the house with the biggest highlight being the view. Host was always responsive regardless of time and he allowed us to have a very flexible checkout which really helped us with our ski expedition. I would suggest it to anyone who stays in Arachova and does not want to be in the (unpleasingly) crowded area of the centre (about 10 mins walk).

Eleni's home is exactly as described. We enjoyed its calm and space. To find the house, it was best to enter the GPS coordinates communicated by Eleni in order to find the house. The small beach 6 km from the house is located in a superb environment and is very uncrowded, it was very nice.

We loved the stay and felt very comfortable. The oranges from the garden were very tasty and the New Year's cake we got started well in 2025:-). We would definitely come back to the accommodation if it goes back to Leonidio on vacation.

This apartment is exactly as it says in the description. It is convenient for the funicular railway and is very near to diakopto beach. We had a good time here. Thank you!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

We loved our stay in this lovely secluded cottage in a charming village - host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. What a treat to sit on the terrace and see the sea or in the garden and watch the stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain home! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. The location is ideal, with traditional restaurants, a mini market, and a gas station all just a short walk away. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway, and we would absolutely visit again! We stayed for a few days in this lovely apartment! Hosts were absolutely lovely and easy to communicate with. 🙂Apartment was spacious with everything you could need. Big parking space available, and lovely garden (if it wasn’t so warm we would have sat outside!). The bed was amazing! 🤩

Dimitra was our contact and she was EXTREMELY professional. Quick to respond and over deliver. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs all over the world m and this was by far the best run, best value and in the best location relative to what visitors want. Ps - For perspective on my review I’ll add that I am a picky/hard to please lawyer, and still I was extremely impressed.

I stayed a month in Athens and had a lovely time, and it was no doubt made better by staying in this cozy apartment. The highlight is the balcony, I spent many mornings drinking coffee out there. It's also beautiful when the sun sets, with a nice view to Filopappou Hill. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you need, and a small but functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in walking distance to lots of things. like Filopappou, the Acropolis and Plaka. There's several bus stops nearby, but the metro is more reliable and is also close by (Sygrou-Fix 10 minutes away, Petralona 15 minutes). The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, cafes and small interesting shops.

Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and beautiful decoration .it is in the centre of Glyfada,5 minutes from all bars and restaurants.Nantia is a very and cooperative hostess

Spyros’s apartment was a great place for our short trip to Athens . But it’s also could be a very comfortable place for a longer stays for sure. It has two bedrooms , two showers and everything you need for stress free stay in a quiet area of Athens . Apartment is stylishly designed, with different lighting scenarios,spacious , and it was very clean . Towels , coffee, toiletries- everything was provided . Nothing to complain about , would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or quick drive away. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The property itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

What a breathtaking experience! Our stay at this property was made exceptional by the host. This private pool villa exceeded all my expectations. The sea view was amazing and this amazing little terrace where you can sit overlooking the sunset!!! The villa has all the amenities one could ask for. For sure this was the best Airbnb property i have ever seen!

Wonderful view!!! Location was a little remote, but very peaceful and serene.

Perfect environment for our extended family of 12 people from 3 to 79 years old. The house spacious, well equipped, functional and very beautiful and tasteful. The plot large and beautiful with lovely sun areas, plenty of lounge chairs, large grass areas for the children, barbecue corner. Small beach, which in practice was our own, with its own canoes. Olympia is a very efficient and nice host who quickly responds to inquiries and solves emerging (small) issues. Small minus: A lot of traffic behind the house, may disturb the night sleep of sensitive people, as well as at night barking dogs nearby. Barely any walking opportunities without taking a car. Overall, an amazing property that is highly recommended.
