Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kathu

This was my second stay here, and I love it for the spaciousness—hard to find anything else this size at such a good price. I also discovered there’s a sauna on level one this time, which would have been great to know sooner! The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

This was the highlight of our Thailand trip this year - the Villa was absolutely awe-inspiring. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy the area; the villa is so good you won't want to leave, the attention to detail was amazing and service from Fred, Aom, Ja and staff brilliant. 10/10!

We are in the middle of our great Asian adventure and this was by far the most relaxing place we stayed in. Oliver was an excellent host - helped us arrange airport taxi, ensured we were all settled after the arrival and provided some flexibility when checking out. The place itself has everything you may need, aircon works great, jaccuzi was heavenly, view from the terrace insane and we have witnessed some of the best sunrises there. The only downside was how hard the beds were - like VERY hard! And pillows lacked comfort too.

It was a great stay at Noi and JC’s, the house was super comfortable and cozy. It had everything that you need, kids enjoyed the pool!! Value for money!! Close to airport!!

Loved the decorations and feel of this home. The pool was perfect for a humid afternoon dip.. a bit of a distance from things but this made the home peaceful and quiet.

We had visited Villa Semaya as part of a company retreat. The location was beautiful and easy enough to find with instructions from the villas manager Theo. The area has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby that are all within walking distance. Theo gave us a full guided tour on arrival and we were stunned at how much better the villa looks in person than it does in the photos. The space is beautiful and open, everything was clean and tidy and the two on-site maids were unbelievably polite and friendly. The rooms were large and spacious with strong AC and the beds were comfy. Wifi was decent and we didnt experience any drops, though some of the further rooms had lower connectivity. We actually had one of the team members choose to propose to his girlfriend at the villas vs on a boat because he loved it so much. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we would happily stay again given the opportunity. Thank you Theo + Maids!

The place is beautiful, while the apartment itself is pretty basic, the pool and garden common area is amazing, with huge butterflies making the place feel magical. The location is pretty much at the southest part of phuket, walking to the nearest convince store is around 20 min, so you'll probably want a bike or a car to ever leave the place. The communication is great, they are nice and flexible, will take care of any needs, our a.c in living room stopped working and was fixed the next day. On-site staff are really nice and friendly. Do note there's quite a lot of geckos that go into the rooms, while they are friendly and eat bad insects, they can get really loud and jumpscare you in the middle of the night.

The best house. if it's available book it. comfortable, quiet, good garden, pool , wonderful host who is super super helpful. close to three good beaches and supermarket by car. Everything was perfect. host went beyond expectations to make our stay great and easy!

The house was very good, much better than on pictures and really worth the price. We had few issues like internet or fan not working on first day but it was fixed straight away. Great amenities and everything you need to cook, enjoy barbecue or sunbathe by the pool. My only regret is the walk to the beach, even though it’s walking distance (15-20min) not so great with kids.
