I really liked the place overall – it's like Pinterest! The main plus is the stunning view from the window, which makes staying here unforgettable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, cleanliness and comfort. The host is responsive, quick to respond – even provided a second set of keys at my request. Separately, I want to note the contactless check-in, which is very convenient. However, there are some downsides. The wifi in the apartment is practically not working – the pages do not load, it is impossible to use. There is also very little hot water: it is unrealistic to take a shower, there is almost always cold water in the faucets. This can be especially important in winter. In addition, there is no elevator in the building, which is worth considering when booking (there is in the description, I did not look in advance). Despite these shortcomings, I liked my stay in the apartment. I will be happy to come back here if the hot water and internet issues are fixed. In that case, I would stay here even for a few months.

Amazing view! Really walkable distance to everywhere. Parking dedicated to this place was also a huge plus. A kind tip: please ask the exact name of the place before heading to the town.

We stayed as a family for 5 nights. It is a very comfortable,comfortable apartment. There are markets nearby, there is nothing missing, 7-8 minutes by car to the center of Kaş. Thanks to its proximity to the highway, you can easily reach the beach you want. Thank you very much for the treats to Ms. Mine. If I come to Kaş again, I'll stay here.

The view of the house was great, Mr. Şenol was very helpful with everything. Due to the natural location of Kaş, it was a bit of a nuisance that everything was uphill. Other than that, I enjoyed a wonderful nature as if I was at home. Many thanks to Mr. Şenol

Everywhere is spotlessly clean, new furniture and fresh renovation. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It's a pleasure to shower because of the strong pressure of hot water. The apartment is perfectly located. On the one hand, it is quiet, on the other hand, there are stators in the very center of Kash If you are traveling with children or people of age, then the place is perfect for you, as there is no need to go uphill like most apartments in Kash. We were met at the house and helped with check-in. They also told us with airport transfer. Great apartment, we would love to come back again.

Very clean, beautiful, we liked everything). The apartment has everything you need (household appliances, powders, TV, warm water, etc.), the host was always in touch. The location is normal for us, high, our driver easily checked in, but be ready for a steep climb. The views are amazing, often sat on the balcony, admired. Thank you )

Since our way to Kas was from Canakkale, we didn't arrive until 9:30 in the evening. This wasn't a problem for our host as he was quite flexible. Unfortunately, the designated parking space at the property was only limited, as it was always occupied with cars. Ultimately, you have to park in the street. The problem was only the cats who liked to climb on cars and unfortunately scratched the hood. The apartment was simply and neatly furnished. It was also clean. The furniture and bed seemed to be a bit outdated. The location is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. In the end, we were very happy with the place.

The location is perfect, it was a great stay for large group of friends. Also Nazife was a super friendly host and super easy to communicate. Will definitely choose to stay in at her place again!

We had a really lovely stay at Hatice’s rental . It was very homely and comfortable . The views from the balcony were a dream . We couldn’t miss a sunset from here ❤️. Hatice was an extremely lovely host . Always responded quickly if we contacted her . Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and although we’ve been to this area many times she came up with some new places for us to try . Altogether a wonderful holiday .. Thankyou x

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed very much the area. Great location to visit all ruins around. Very close to Patara and Xanthos. Jo was very attentive and flexible. She gave us a lot of recommendations to visit the ruins and beaches around. She also left us a lot of goodies for breakfast. The swimming pool area is great to relax. I will recommend to stay here to friends

We were lucky to stay at both the Hotel and apartments run by Anne Louise and Muzzafer. They have created two great options for a stay in peaceful Patara which has local amenities as well as the fabulous beach and historic ruins. They and their staff work hard to maintain a high standard of service. Wish we could return as many guests from closer countries do.

This place is the best one on my way to Cappadocia. It comes with a gorgeous view of the sea, very enjoyable at sunset! The host is very friendly and helpful! They always like to provide help to our asks. The whole premise is absolutely clean! Will come back next time.

First of all, the house is much higher than the hotel comfort in terms of cleanliness. All kitchen utensils,bedding , sofa seating, even the balcony table are extremely clean, stylish, comfortable...This makes you feel at home. The view of the house is magnificent, we will miss drinking our morning coffee on the balcony on the balcony. We would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet, he had a very positive communication with us. We have had a wonderful stay at Laura’s apartment. The views were amazing from every room and the pool was a great size too. We loved the location and being able to walk into town easily. Nice apartment. Very clean , nice renovation and furniture. Chic balcony and gorgeous view. We were with a car - very convenient to park. The street is empty , there is no problem with parking. You can walk to the city and to the beach. The beach is 8 minutes down or 15 minutes up. If it's hot or you don't want to go up the slide, you can drive up by car. Host Muhamet - meets himself , very useful tips which beach club is better , which restaurant to go to. Everything works in the apartment.

first of all, we would like to thank Ms. Meryem. The house was spotless. My wife's fine line smelled very nice. It was like in the photos. The only flaw is a little on the hill and in the countryside, so it can be difficult. It is not far from the center, but you can have difficulty because there are rolling roads. There were many markets around the house. We did not have any problems. The house was quite sufficient. The house was quite enough. It was a great comfort to have a bathroom and toilet in both bedrooms. We even had a nice stay for 4 people. There was even salt and coffee liquid. We were also visited by the pig family at night. The 😄 view was amazing. We had a good time as the family was satisfied. We tried to leave the house as we found it when we left.

A place you want to go back to! Great apartment, great hosts. Description and photos fully correspond to reality. Beautiful view from the deck. We really had an amazing time there. The only small disadvantage is not very good internet (I needed it for work).

An absolute gem! A gorgeous 3 bed apartment in a fabulous location, very close to Kalkan town centre. Facilities were amazing as was the pool. Hikmet was extremely welcoming and on hand to answer any queries. We will be back!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Alper's place in Kalkan. The apartment with two bedrooms, a lovely terrace, and a rooftop pool exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with kitchen essentials, had great ventilation, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was even a barbecue, which was a great bonus! It's a very cozy place that makes you want to come back again. Highly recommended!

The place is much nicer than the pictures,that's why we extended our vacation.. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all & amenities for a wonderful holiday.. 2 minutes from the center by car and 15 minutes from Kaputash and Patara.. There is a parking place.. We would happily come back again.
