Villa vacation rentals in Kartepe

The house was more beautiful than it looked in the photos. It was comfortable and very clean. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Everything has been considered inside the house and in the garden. We went with 3 children. There was a lot of space to keep the kids busy. There is both a winter garden and a gazebo. Even a speaker in the gazebo has been considered. Although we went in January and the pool was closed, it was spotless. Host was very responsive. It was very affectionate. We did not have any problems with the heating, the heaters were turned on before we left and the house was warm. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed. It was the best Airbnb I've ever been to.

We stayed with 8 female friends safely, it was a very pleasant experience, the house was very useful, the beds were comfortable, tastefully furnished and immaculate. The pool temperature was sufficient. There is all the equipment that may be needed in the house. Ms. Müge was very caring and helpful, she carried us to the center in the form of two shuttles at the exit, thanks to her:) We would like to visit again as soon as possible.

We came with 8 people, the house was spotless and cozy, we really felt at home. Grocery stores and places to eat and drink were close. We had no problem parking the vehicles. We celebrated a birthday, everyone had a lot of fun and was very satisfied. The hot pool was great, clean and warm. Bathroom beds linens were sparkling clean. Kitchen utensils were quite full. Mr. Özkan was very interested, thank you very much. Our weekend was very nice and safe.

The house was as seen and described in the pictures. The host was caring, polite, supportive, and responsive. Although it was the winter season, there was no heating problem. The location of the house is within walking distance to the main street where you will meet all your needs and 7-8 minutes by car to the center of Sapanca. The decor and structure of the house is a modern beautiful house. The view from the upstairs was also very nice. A place to stay with pleasure

I spent two days in the residence of Mr. Terjay with my family and it was a special experience in all its details - the location of the residence is very special next to restaurants, supermarkets and services. The residence is also new and very clean and has all the needs , an integrated kitchen, a wonderful swimming pool Also Mr. Terjay is very cooperative and friendly We're going to visit again.

The villa was amazing near to resturants and cafes, the house can host 10 people and privite Mrs, Nilgun and her husband were very helpful and frindly and they will help you in every thing you need

We had a perfect 2 days as a family with our large group of friends. Mr. Halil is very caring and friendly. He made us feel at home. He took care of everything until we checked out. The beds, sheets, towels were immaculately ready. The general cleaning of the house was great. There is wifi smart TV. It is impressive in the view of Sapanca Lake from the 2nd floor of the villa. The pool was very clean and warm. The children and we had a lot of fun. The pool is beautiful at night. The villa is in a great place in terms of location, 15 minutes from Ormanya, Kartepe,Sapanca. 5 minutes away from the market, pastry shop, etc. It was a pleasure to hike in the forest in the fresh air. Thank you very much for all friends. We saved good memories. Hope to see you again...

From the moment you walk in, you feel that this place is taken care by the owner carefully. The homedecoration is extremely chic and everything is well maintained. All facilities are clean and thw owner is very friendly. We would love to stay again

As a lover of nature and scenery, it was an extremely peaceful place. An environment that can be fully discharged for those who want to get bored with the crowds of Istanbul and want to escape 🧘‍♀️ In addition, Ms. Berfu and Mr. Mertcan were very friendly and caring.🙏 We'll be back✨

The layout of the house is great , the garden and landscaping are super immaculate, the pool is well-maintained but the air is cold, the heating is being done on a special request. We stayed for 2 nights. We stayed for 8 people in total. They completed the crescent hn and their friends right away, do not keep your expectations high if you want luxury and comfort, the house is old design, but not to have a pleasant time, the fireplace and the central heating of the house is very good. The house is deficient: the kitchen equipment is insufficient and old, the glasses, mugs and plates, need to change the broken equipment, broken glasses and scrap pans. There are 6 bungalows operated by the family.

A very nice place to stay in, well equipped. Safe and very high standards of furniture! We enjoyed our stay alot.

The Christmas movie house of my dreams was 😍 very nice. Whatever you see in the photo, it's really it. We had a small period, the hot pool was very fun. By the way, Mr. Birol was both very caring and everything was spotless. And we want to come in the summer. Because the garden is really big and there are very nice areas. We want to use them for the next one. It was a very nice business. Wishing you the fullest of such places. We would like to thank Mr. Birol again for his interest.

We had a lovely time with our family, it was a wonderful peaceful lake house. The children loved the pool and it was a very pleasant experience to enter the hot pool in the evening cold. The interior of the house was clean, tidy items were sufficient, just the windows of the patio were not very clean, it caught our attention, thank you for everything else and the attention of our host.

The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

It's a place where we only go for 3 days as a family, and we wish we could stay a lot longer. Transportation by car is very easy, close to the center, where you can meet all your needs. We're already planning to stay longer next year.

The house was spotless. It was very close to Istanbul but peaceful as if it was far from the tree. The hot tub was the best thing that attracted us. The house was very large. There is no snow where we stayed, but you can go to the carnetepa for 20 minutes. We are very satisfied, we will definitely come again

It was awesome Villa , full of privacy , clean and safe place , Mr. Enes and Mr. Osman was helping 24 hours, the villa included generator and water tank so don't worry if electricity or water cut off from the government.. finally it is highly recommended Very high privacy, safety and cleanliness , the cooperation of the owner of the villa is very beautiful , the villa is fully equipped of utensils, air conditioning, swimming pool heater, a reserve water tank and a generator , strongly recommended and deserving of each lira
