House vacation rentals in Kartepe

We had two very fun days and two nights. At check-in and check-out, we did not settle down, we did not have any problems. The pool of the villa was quite good. It has a large pool. We also had no trouble with the pool temperature. There was nothing missing in the basics. Cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms were sufficient. We had short (5-10min) power outages at night. There were no issues we were uncomfortable with. Very suitable for the family, sheltered, a location we can recommend. Thank you to the host, Mr. Murat, for his attention and hospitality.

This was a great experience! The host and his father were very friendly and catered to all our needs. The heated pool was set to 35 degrees, which was delightful. The barbecue and fireplace were well-stocked. It’s an awesome place for a relaxing weekend. Totally recommend it!

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Hello, Mr. İsa was very interested from the beginning to the very end of the reservation. The house was so much more beautiful than it looked in the pictures and really everything in the house was spotless. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. The house was preheated because we had a small baby with us. The temperature in the house was quite good because there was underfloor heating. The pool was also cool, but it was convenient, with a temperature of 32 degrees. We stayed very comfortably with a baby of 8 people. In short, we received a service that we would want to go again. Thank you Mr. Jesus.

First of all, thank you for the friendly face of the host Ms. Arife and for her very supportive approach to everything. Our entrance to the house was easy and fast. The house was much more beautiful as it appears in the photos and even at many points. We stayed with 10 people + 2 children and had no problems. The garden was quite enjoyable for the kids to play. The kitchen had more than all the ingredients. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. The bathrooms and beds were sparkling clean. There is no parking problem, the location is quite central and very close to places such as grocery stores and restaurants.

Very friendly host, great location and the house was very clean. It has a very big garden that you can make bbq or or leave your kids to play. I would definetely come back again.

Everything was great, I can say that there is nothing more, it is more beautiful than it is seen in the photo, we could not use the garden part because it was raining during our stay, but it was very nice, I would prefer to stay again later.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house and the amazing host. The house was just as represented. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. The backyard was huge. A great place for kids and adults to roam and bike. The pool was immaculate. Cleaned often and perfect for the whole family. The kitty pool was great for the little ones who couldn’t swim and allowed the rest of us to be near them but also enjoy a swim. We held our family reunion here. Looked at many many places but ultimately this house had something for everyone. From my 4 year old to their grandmother. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t go out much we were so comfortable. Whenever we needed anything Hamit went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure it out. Even surprisingly us with bringing a couple items we had a hard time finding. Will definitely return. Thank you so much Hamit. You made our long awaited family reunion seamless and wonderful.

I had one night only. It was great to the point required . Isa was great person and when I requested the late check out he was very flexible. The place was good enough without any negative thoughts.

We left the house where we stayed for two nights and 2 families today. It felt like home. The location was easy to find. The house was big and very beautiful Yes, the house and the items were old, but not in a way that prevented our lives. Although the pool feels cold at first, you don't want to leave when you enter it. The pool was also nice to enjoy, I loved the somina. If you have one, you can take 3 5 large bags of wood or they bring wood for 400 TL. The interior of the house was warm, but I recommend that you take something like a fleece on your house slippers.(There is a breeze from the large glass sides of the house). We did not have any problems with the kitchen utensils. There was no cutting board, there was no second pot, we didn't mind this, I'm sure they would have solved our problem right away. The pictures and description are perfectly accurate. Everything went well and Emre is very responsive. The private pool experience with family was amazing. I recommend this place.

We had a nice holiday, the house was very sweet, especially at night, it was very fun to turn on the music and watch the view. It was just a little bit of internet, especially at night, and it's useful to buy mosquito medicine.

I had a great time at Halil's villa. There's all you need to relax and prepare food. House is clean and has no extra stuff lying around. Pool has a great lighting so you can go swim any time. Although there are no AC in the house, it's cool inside and you can have good quality sleep. The only two cons is the pool overfloating a little bit (not a big deal) and a lot of flies in this area. I think overall it's easy 5/5 experience.
