good place, easy access

Andy was really helpful from my point of interest in the apartment right through to assisting me with travel advice and confirming final details nearer the time. Communication was relevant and very quick which helped provide confidence in what I was expecting from the accommodation. My only recommendation is to get some updated pictures of the room and explain how it fits in with the resort's facilities. Thanks very much.

My Beach Resort is on a beautiful, calm stretch of the island. It has gorgeous views and the hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Would recommend!

Perfect place to stay in kata beach , 2mins away from the most peaceful beach on Phuket .

Nice private room. Quite quiet not a lot of noise. Good view. Had android tv so could watch a bit of YouTube at night. Nice view from balcony. Few minutes walk to small night market with good food. Short walk to beach. Got a good hair cut down the road from hotel at the massage/salon shop. Way more relaxed and chilled than Patong.

Super nice place. Nice people Awesome common space But don’t keep food in the trash in your room otherwise there’s gonna be ants obviously. Bed is comfortable- not too hard or anything

first off, Nott is a gentleman and will help you with what ever u need or want. The place is very clean and the swimming pool is spotless. Super clean place. It's off the main street so it's very safe. If your considering doing training get a scooter from Nott but if you think you can just walk it's a 30min walk to tiger muay Thai and there's no footpath so just take that into consideration. But other than that it's an ideal accomadation spot and the staff there always help you. I lost my phone at one stage and they were just as concerned as me but I found it eventually. 👍

Very good value for money in a location very convenient for me. Satisfaction on location will be dependent on circumstances, in this case very close to my boat hauled out on the hardstand at Boat Lagoon marina. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Beautiful place on the beach if you like to escape from the more busy Phuket. And it’s just 20 minutes with the longtail boat which Dawn organized right away. So getting there on the island was easy. Also Dawn was very helpful in the communication.

Great place to stay in Kata Beach area, located around 25' from the beach and away from the loud crowd. Walk itself it's very doable and on the way there's plenty of restaurants in the area to get something to eat. Place itself it has everything you'll need to make your stay very pleasent, from AC to a fan, fridge, safe vault etc. Check in instructions however weren't very clear and the host itself at the same wasn't responsive, so we had to ask a neighbour for some sort of instructions. Basically the accommodation is located inside the "Elephant Blanc" bungalows which you can see a sign from the street and from there you just need to follow the road that leads into it. Because with the current address given, grab or bolt will lead you to another building in the street. Overall it was worth the money and would stay here again 👍

We stayed here about 75 days. If you like quiet places, you will love here. I almost always used the large pool alone. Also the sea in front of here is always quiet and there are only local people and fishing boats. And the view from the rooftop is the best. I wanted to use the 5G wi-fi network stably for my work, she owner was very kind and changed our room to the front of a wi-fi equipment room. Facilities are dilapidated and some services are minimal or closed, but given the damage caused by Covid I can understand. The location is also great, so you can go anywhere with just one bike.

Great place to stay and the best way to describe it is paradise. The apartment is apart of a resort complex called “Stay”. Your room allocation might change depending on the availability of the resort. We were given a ground floor apartment and not a balcony as the image hints but the place itself is still very nice. There is a restaurant partnered with the resort and the food is good quality. A meal for 2 will cost you in excess of 800bht which is like £20 for those from the UK (whether or not that is expensive depends on your budget). Toiletries are supplied including beach towels which are replenished daily. 2 bottles of 600ml drinking water is also provided. The on-site gym is fantastic and very high spec. Hope this review helps.
