Very nice and clean appartment. Windows are faced to inner garden. Equipped with all you need for a short stay. Slimming pool on the roof is 25 m long, good enough to swimm long distance. Pull up bar on the roof is also a rare thing. Lin is very responsive and helpfull.

I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation. The host was really friendly, quick to respond, and she handled complicated tasks and demands calmly and quickly, so I was able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar places. And also, the bed and sofa are very fluffy and comfortable. The pool is also perfect, and I have never seen any bugs in the accommodation. The blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep at all times, and I have never seen a Wi-Fi connection cut off. I can't describe how comfortable this accommodation is, in any words. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a very nice 2 months stay. Nice and clean apartment with a great view from the balcony. Convenient stores nearby and beautiful beach within walking distance. Olivier was responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. Well worth the price. Except for a small misunderstanding with the building manager (we were asked to pay extra for the cleaning service which was already included into the bill), everything was great. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 5 weeks with our 9 month baby. John is an amazing landlord and even if it’s 10 min walk to the beach where the “best” restaurants are located for a sunset dinner this is a great location.

The place is great. Everything as described. We felt very comfortable. The residential complex has its own parking spaces, pool and gym. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful apartment with compliant photos: it was a pleasure to be housed in this apartment within the Diamond Resort, equipped with a washing machine (this is rarely the case in this complex) and many accessories available, all with a beautiful unobstructed view from the balcony! There was a little quack about my reservation but Natalie was responsive and a solution was found, without Airbnb having to intervene: thank you:) Good thing: both check-in and checkout was flexible (thank you also for that). In short: a place that I recommend, close enough to spend a stay rich in activity, and far enough away to be quiet, if you prefer for example to enjoy the pleasant pool of the complex.

Had an amazing stay at this room for the second time now. I felt at home and had would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rawai.

Nice place away from the noisy part of the city. Abdullah was very helpful. Felt safe. Everything went smooth. Definitely recommend having a scooter. Nice view of the city. If back will stay again.

Christophe’s place is ideal for a group of 3-4 people, or for two couples or friends wanting to stay together. The view from the balcony is stunning, and we enjoyed it every day. The balcony itself is amazing, with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals with a view. Christophe was an excellent communicator, always clear and readily available whenever we needed him. There’s a bus stop nearby, along with a local fruit market, Big C supermarket, Kamala Beach, and more, so it’s easy to find whatever you need. The room was stocked with plenty of towels for our stay, and there were lots of utensils available, enough for the whole family. The building’s pool is spacious and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Christophe’s place for a relaxing staycation. Just a note: if you’re planning to visit Patong or Central Phuket, it’s around 7-15 kms from this place, Bolt taxis are available and cost about 200 Thai baht.

The location is great, there are bike rentals near by, host has been extremely supportive and has organised the information really well, nothing to complain about as every little detail was taken care of in the condo.

Everything was great, the owner is a very good person, always ready to help with any questions. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos. Great option! I recommend it!

My stay at Cory's place was amazing, the condo was cozy and had everything one might need, with access to great amenities in the building. I found the location to be convenient, in close proximity to Kamala and Surin beaches whilst being slightly tucked away. Also, shout out to Cory, you been a wonderful and responsive host.

Clean, spacious apartment, great hotel grounds. Jackie, I did my best to make me and my family comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that at check-in Jackie made sure we had food in the refrigerators, even cookies for tea, very nice. The sea is located in 50 meters from the hotel, I was with a small child, it is convenient.

The place is in a great location. I love the privacy and security features. It has 7&11 in the front of the property. If you like to walk, it’s easy to get to places. The ground poll is my favorite, my daughter and I enjoy swimming there. One thing about this place though. The big bedroom, for me the bed is way too firm for me. Maybe it’s just me but it’s felt so hard and they could provide a little more extra pillows. The A.C in the living room keeps going to ES and it wasn’t cool and I can’t figure it out how to make it work. The couch in the living room is not sleep able even though it’s saying pull out couch but when you pull it out to sleep, it not even and it’s not comfortable to sleep on. I would say this place is only for three people not five. After all. Everything is great. I have nothing to complain.
