Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Spacious and nice apartment in barn

Fresh and comfortable apartment housed in a charming barn. The apartment has a large and well equipped kitchen with plenty of room for cooking and socializing. In the adjoining living room, there is a sofa bed (140 cm) and a single bed. The bedroom sleeps two more beds and a dresser with plenty of room for storage. Fresh and spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Just outside the bedroom there is another toilet. At the back of the barn there is a single, lovely patio with evening sun and barbecue area.

Welcome to beautiful Otterbäcken by Lake Vänern. We offer our upper floor for a stay for up to 4 guests. There is a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Own kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside the house awaits a leafy plot at the edge of the forest with room for play or relaxation. A short walk leads to a harbour, beach, grocery store (swedish bankID entrance), restaurant and cafe nearby. A short drive leads to Mariestad or Gullspång.

How Swede it Is !

Fresh, clean, bright well appointed apartment in a quiet small town on the shores of Lake Vanern. The Pictures are worth 1000 words. 3 Restaurants, 24 / 7 shop 2 minutes away and grocery store one 5 km. Beautiful swimming beach. Perfect for cycling and we have 2 single kayaks and a canoe available for hire. Sleeps 3 but 4th could sleep on a very comfortable couch in the main room. Your private yard has a bbq and fire pit with a view of the boat harbor. Try us, we think you will like us !

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Nice and spacious apartment 2 bedrooms with own kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is bright and clean. Free access to high speed internet connection, Smart TV and free Cable TV. We can recommend this nice accommodation in one of Karlstad's popular residential areas. Garden and beautiful surroundings close to the river. Getting to the city center is about 3 km and takes 5 min by car, 8 min by bike, 10 min by bus and 20-30 min to walk. Welcome to a pleasant stay in a nice environment.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University.
