Waterfront vacation rentals in Kargıcak

Absolutely fabulous, we had the best stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is just perfect within walking distance to shops , restaurants and most importantly the beach. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, plus the amenities met all our expectations, especially the pool which allowed us options of swimming locally and then heading to the sea. We often cooked in the apartment and sourced our food from the local markets and shops plus an added benefit was the use of the barbecue area at the pool side. The building caretaker was very helpful and a good source of information. Having read other people's reviews and comments about the high price of electricity, we totally disagree, we found the price very reasonable for the time spent in the apartment. A big thank you to Kerim and Aziz for their hospitality, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Our family spent 3 weeks in the apartment! We definitely liked the apartment itself (renovation is fresh, good furniture, many wardrobes, big bathroom, etc). We also liked complex Konak Terrace and territory: really big Swimmingpool, good playground, a lot of space for kids to run and play 👌 I did kurs of massage in Spa and it was perfect!!! Family beach is 9 min by foot and this is the best beach in the surroundings: cozy and the have good menu! Sun-beds -for free. Also it is possible to go to the beach exactly in front of Konak Terrace (3 min) and not to take sunbeds but just swim! In the Complex were living nice and friendly people, my daughter had several friends (girls 4-5 years). The Fisch restaurant in front of -is one of the best!! We also liked Pizza place that is in the same building!

We were very happy with everything. The contact was smooth and they responded immediately when we needed help. The apartment has everything you need and the location is more than perfect. Various shopping opportunities as well as the sea can be reached in a few meters. We lacked nothing and we would come back ☺️ Thank you for everything.

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

Everything went really well. It is easy to get to from the bus station, it is close to everything: beach, supermarkets, downtown, etc. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any need. It has a small terrace where you can be with a table and chairs, the beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure and hot water

We as a family were received in a very friendly manner. We were most impressed with cleanliness, order and modern decor. The location was really good and especially close to the beach. The shopping is really good. If we fly to Alanya again, we would contact Gulzhan:)

We have really enjoyed our stay at Demet's place. He's been an incredible host. Always ready to help, gave advice, helped with practical information, and responds quickly to messages. The place was nice, the view amazing and we enjoyed the pool. A small minus was the noise from the road that we hadn't thought of would be so loud. But, the view, the beach, and everything else outweighed it. An improvement we would suggest will be blackout curtains in the living room as now the home has a sofa bed in the living room. We would worth a time to recommend a stay with Demet.

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful host! The apartment absolutely corresponded to the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially the breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Just around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for things to do and restaurants. We were just completely satisfied. Thank you very much, dear Stella!

I would like to say thank you to the host. Very supportive, kind. Appreciate for clear instructions, waiting to our late check in, because some changes appeared. Host answered very quickly and gave a lot of recommendations: rent car, food shops, etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment with lovely hosts! The residence is just by the beach, has 4 season pools, playgrounds, parking, … The apartment is super clean and comfortable. Very high quality furniture with comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
