We had wonderful stay here. Really enjoyed

We loved the property and our stay for 2 nights. Positives: 1. Beautiful & green surroundings with no noise 2. Lovely interiors giving a feel of an old era home 3. Well maintained 4. Cook (Kanchan) & caretaker (Usha) were very polite and helpful 5. Food cooked by Kanchan was very tasty 6. 1km walking distance from Mahabaleshwar market and Wilson point 7. Bella, Pixie & Dodo (3 dogs of the owner) made it a memorable stay; especially Pixie who welcomed us with a hug 8. Garden was lovely with lots of flowers Feedback: 1. Geyser in Bedroom 4 (ground floor) was not working properly during our stay. 2. The door of bathroom of Bedroom 1 (big room on 1st floor) only opened half way and then got stuck. Then one had to push hard and it made lot of noise before it fully opened.

Ths place was simply awesome. It is a lovely property amidst nature. The food served by the caretakers was awesome and worth the price. They are very humble people and were proactive to meet our needs. The property is very beautiful surrounded with trees, and would pump up your lungs with fresh air. 🙂 Being a fitness freak I just could not have enough within and around the property. The check-in was super easy. The host and the caretaker both are responsive. I really loved it and seemed to me this place would be even great to visit during rains and even winter season. Already planning another visit.

The property is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views that leave you in awe from the moment you arrive. It is well maintained, with an assistant available around the clock to ensure a seamless experience. I visited with my family and felt completely safe and at ease throughout our stay. Swati, our host, was incredibly warm and attentive. She stayed in touch with us throughout our trip, helping us with detailed directions from Pune and recommending fantastic local restaurants, activities, and attractions. Her thoughtful guidance truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a peaceful weekend getaway surrounded by incredible natural beauty. It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the views!

The "development" juggernaut has not left many places untouched while rampaging its way in the pristine belt of Konkan. One such yet untouched place is the village of Gimve in which Anirudha's Koyari vacation stay is located. As with its name, the place is reminiscent of the source of life - a seed that if cared for goes on to become a mighty tree! Anirudha and his team have cared for Koyari in a similar way and the tree now extends its shade and fruits for all those who stay here. Clean and tidy living quarters, sumptuous meals, piping hot cups of chai, waking up to the calls of barbets, a steady wifi connection if you have to work and pockets of no network if detoxing is on your mind. Bring along a pair of binoculars, or a book or your journal to soak in everything Koyari has to offer. Do visit the facilitation center - Aranyavat while here.

It’s an expansive property with a lot of green cover. Rooms are on the first floor and very neat. You will see Bhau the caretaker frequently pottering around in the garden and keeping the place clean and tidy. The owner of the property Mr Shekhar Jogalekar is an excellent host and ensures that you are comfortable and have everything you need. His recommendation of Mr Prasad Oaks restaurant for dinner was excellent, the food is satvik and delicious (ukdiche modak were sumptuous). On the property we coordinated with Yogesh and he was very helpful. We were travelling with our pet and had an excellent time at this property and will visit again.
