Vacation rentals in Kapandriti

We were at the property over Christmas. Zoe put a lot of effort into it and decorated the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to all inquiries and helped. It is a great apartment with enough space, a short walk to the sea and the small town with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes away and it is about 40 minutes to a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens. I could also imagine it being good for the summer.

Really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is centrally located in Athens and a really nice place to do your walks from.

Great views! Tranquility, quiet and gaze at the endless sea! Fully functional and manned home! The property is the same as the photos and was spotless!!! Mr. Giannis and his wife were friendly and discreet! Thank you so much for hosting!

Mikael & Gianni were very gracious & friendly hosts…the care taker of the property was also very friendly helpful & responsive…the property is beautiful & peaceful & just a few miles to town…I would definitely recommend a car to get around efficiently…thx for your hospitality we very much enjoyed our 2 week stay in Thimari

We needed a place for the night to catch the ferry in the morning. Arriving and getting in was very easy, the apartment was very close to the port and town center. The apartment is great and if we had more time we would have enjoyed it even more.

We enjoyed Spyros's place very much. Everything was as described, easy check-in and flexible check-out. The apartment is clean and tidy. We highly recommend this place!

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
