Exactly as described and photos represent this property well. The property was clean and we enjoyed the shared pool/BBQ area. Walking distance to the beach and the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella) were in good condition. Location was very central as we were able to drive to other parts of the island we were interested in easily.

This was an absolute dream for our family of 4. The house was comfortable and as described, with the comforts of home that are important for anyone traveling with kids or for an extended time (laundry and full kitchen!). It’s hard to describe the wonderful sleep you get with the ocean breezes blowing through the windows and doors. The nearby beach is pristine and the location really could not be better - it is quiet and private but there are many restaurants, a drugstore, a supermarket and a very nice 24 hour gym all within easy walking distance. There are a few homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks nearby but this is typical for Hawaii and all of them kept to themselves. We found some wonderful places to visit in Kihei - there is some great surfing and snorkeling nearby - and the Shoppes at Wailea are only an easy 10 minute drive away. Toni communicated quickly and clearly and was kind enough to get some brand new beach toys for our stay! Don’t hesitate, book this place.

We really enjoyed this condo in Wailea. Great location with pristine grounds, lovely pool, and wonderful beach just steps from pool. Unit was as billed. Comfortable and clean! Would come back again.

Lisa and Marie were great hosts and the place is in a beautiful neighborhood. the area is peaceful and close to the ocean. The views from the Airbnb are awesome and the community pool and clubhouse are great! Overall we had a great stay on Maui and at Lisa's place.

Caitlyn is an amazing host!! Very responsive and gave us lots of ideas of what to do in the area. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. We had everything we could want and had an amazing time. We are a couple and this trip we traveled without kids and the house was just perfect! Highly recommend!!

It was a great stay at Katie’s place. We had minor issues with one of the AC units but Katie was very responsive and fixed the issue. The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach. The place provided beach equipment that was very helpful.

We found the condo to be very comfortable and well equipped for cooking. Albert communicated regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. We enjoyed having access to the ocean and the pool. We found the beds to be comfortable and it was a quiet community setting. We would stay here again.

We had an incredible vacation! My four sons said it was the best family trip we have ever had. The condo is in the perfect location for exploring all that Maui has to offer. We loved the beach at Napili. We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend this place! Great location 10 minutes from the beach. Clean, beds were comfortable, had all the amenities listed. Mary was very responsive both before and during the stay.

This is a special place -- peaceful and private, surrounded by the beauty of the island. Close access to the beach, and a taste of local flavor as well. Our family felt right at home for our first ever trip to Hawaii. Hosts were excellent in communication, and very gracious. Lots of thoughtful extras to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Great place to stay, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Bbq area and pool on grounds. Although the condo itself has a menial amount of road noise, the community is very calm and quiet. Enjoyable lanai. Condo looks to have been recently remodeled so is quite nice.

What an AMAZING STAY!!! The views were absolutely breathtaking. There is plenty to do around the area and many places are within walking distance. Our stay was during whale season and we were able to sit out on the lanai and see plenty of whales jumping up to say hello. Karl checked in on us plenty of times to make sure our stay was meeting our expectations, and everything about this stay EXCEEDED our expectations!

This was my second trip to Hawaii, and my first time in Maui with my big family! We were lucky enough to have my Aunt join us last minute. Trevor was super supportive and made us all feel right at home. He sent a detailed guide weeks before our arrival, with clear directions to the apartment and plenty of great recommendations for things to do in Maui. The room was so clean, and they even prepared a delicious ginger beverage that I absolutely loved! We had almost everything we needed for cooking, and my mom even whipped up some of her special home-cooked meals for us. The community was really friendly, which made it even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, too! We were on the west side of the island, just a hop away from beautiful beaches and famous restaurants. Plus, Safeway and Times supermarket were only a 10-minute drive away, making it super easy to find all the food and supplies we needed.
