Vacation rentals with a patio in Kansas City

It was annual bestie weekend and we had a great time. The location was perfect. Ita a cute apartment for very reasonable rate.

My wife and I loved our stay! It's in a perfect location. We knew we were not going to be at the room much, so it was the perfect size at a great price. Would highly recommend!

Great location with a dining table and living space large enough and very comfortable for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Extremely well stocked kitchen and cozy beds. Friendly host that was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Great space, clean and comfortable.

We stay in KC several weeks out of the year for family stuff and this was the first time staying downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much - from the little surprises/treats left by the hosts to the awesome amenities (common areas & gym), we highly recommend Rob & Brenda's place. The apt was clean, comfy and very well appointed. The hosts provided very detailed instructions to check in and keep them updated with surrounding construction and checked in throughout the Stay. The security desk is super helpful for any additional questions. The surrounding area is clean and quiet all while being super easy to access the highway.

My parents who were visiting town from out of the country stayed here for two weeks. It was the perfect place for them - just a short 10 minute drive from my house with all of the comfort of their own home and in a very peaceful setting surrounded by trees and more trees (but yet right off the highway). Beautiful, peaceful, clean, just a great place overall. Also, I let my parents borrow my electric car and Jodi and Brandon quickly facilitated a great way of charging the vehicle overnight. Very much appreciated. Great place to stay, we all loved it. Next time they come back, we'll try to book this again!

We had a fantastic stay here (4 adults, 2 kids). Very clean, well laid out and homey. Had everything we needed. Do know before you book that it’s a little ways out there and about 15 minutes from most food, coffee, grocery places. But the value for money can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again if it works for our plans.

As described! Very nice space. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, kitchen ware. Plenty of towels. From other reviews, we did bring our own toiletries and coffee, which makes sense, since people have preferences and/or allergies. It's Dec so it was chilly outside, floor a bit cold and frequent noise from nearby train,but the pros wayyy outweigh those small cons.

Can’t say enough good things about Emilee’s place. Super clean and comfortable, lightning fast communication, nice backyard for our dogs., nice bedrooms, kitchen and chill out area. This was our second time staying here (on cross country trips) and we highly recommend it! Will definitely be back. They even remembered that we love national parks and gave us a small welcome gift with a national park theme. Very thoughtful! Thanks so much for everything.

This was a nice Airbnb. I especially liked how we had parking off of the street. The place was very comfy and we were close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

My family and I love staying at Regi's place! It's always so clean and cozy, like we never left home, and everything we need is right there. Plus, the location's perfect.

Jackie’s place was amazing. She has thought of everything. Her beautiful home was full of character, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the gas fireplace provided cozy ambience, there were a pile of games, the shower was wonderful, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and everything else you could need. The neighborhood is safe and was very nice for going for morning walks. We raved about the place to everyone we met over our long weekend . We didn’t have any problems at all and Jackie has left a binder full of information so it answers any question you could have. We would most definitely stay here again! Jackie is a great host!

Had a amazing stay. The area and surroundings are nice with plenty to do in walking distance as well as Sage being helpful with pointing out spots to visit she was very helpful and friendly I felt very welcomed and taken care of at her home.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

Very clean, flexible, and the hospitality was awesome! After long days out and about the beds were very comfortable! Did not bring the littles this trip but if I would have it is VERY kid friendly including retractable baby gates on stairs! Would stay here again!

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

We were so excited to find a place to stay in this apartment building! It's beautiful decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed walking to Country Club Plaza. It's the perfect little apartment!!! We made our own breakfast in the kitchen, and later enjoyed restaurants and shops a walk away. The kitchen nook to sit in to have breakfast was lovely, looking down on the street and the park. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated that the bathroom sink always drained when we used it, and so did the tub. The apartment has great windows to watch the sun rise over the park. Lovely little get-away!

Nicole’s place was great. We stayed over the Thanksgiving long weekend. Easy to find, easy to get in, park across the street to walk the dog and near great food, breweries, The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Would recommend Nicole’s place
