Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kansas City

We really enjoyed our stay! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the house was super clean and comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this home and it was a perfect choice for our group. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the main living space was downstairs. Great outdoor patio and a very responsive host. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even took care of a misdelivered package after we checked out. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. I would highly recommend.

Home was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We liked having 2 full bathrooms, and a private bedroom for each of us, 3 people stayed. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any questions we had, and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood was very peaceful, easy to find, and getting in and out to our event was easy. Would reccomend, and will be trying to stay there again in the future for future events in the area.

This place was just as described. Very spacious and had lots to do. Would recommend this place!

Emilee’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway and she was the perfect host. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The neighborhood felt safe and it is not a far or difficult drive to get to anything in Kansas City. I would stay here again!

EXCELLENT! We loved staying at Regi's place. Regi is a clear and responsive communicator, providing personalized recommendations for our stay and giving clear instructions to make check-in smooth. Our dogs LOVED the huge backyard! It was the perfect place to stay during a long road trip.

Myself and my college team stayed here and it was a great spot for all of us to stay. Very homey and loved all the space to gather yet able to separate and have small groups around the different levels of the house. Both owners were great and communicated. Grateful to have been able to stay in their home!

The space was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was carefully curated to make guests feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to everything I needed. p.s. - Loved the bird noises, actually kept them on for quite some time😂

I loved staying here. The property is beautifully restored and maintained. I appreciated the excellent shower pressure and comfy mattress topper and pillows. Steve even offered an umbrella when it rained.

Great Stay, Great Location… No complaints at all. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bed is overly soft; but that’s someone’s preference. I would definitely book with Savannah again when I’m in KC, if available.

Jaymi’s place is old and charming and full of character. The kitchen was huge and cozy. It absolutely is old and creaky but not in a bad way! Take earplugs if you’re super sensitive to noise and you’ll be totally fine. Several great walkable places around too.

The experience was exactly what I needed and was located within walking distance to restaurants, her cafe, and a local wine shop. The cafe was the highlight with fresh from scratch items, high quality tea and espresso, and fresh squeezed juices. Planning on rebooking in the future.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect location for us for attending a concert in Kansas City. The home was beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone!

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
