Rachel was extremely helpful, providing plenty of recommendations around Kingscote and KI ahead of time which helped us plan our trip. Her communication was excellent throughout. The apartment itself was fantastic, with plenty of amenities and an amazing view, not to mention how well kept and clean it all was - certainly a lot of thought has been put in. Would definitely recommend to those looking to stay in Kingscote!

Perfect location. Able to walk to penneshaw and explore very easily. Affordable and convenient. Eleanor was very good to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our tent unfortunately broke but we were able to book Rachel’s place super last minute on the day with great communication from the get go! Great place in the heart of Kingscote with balcony views of the water. We loved the cleanliness of the place, the extra goodies and how spacious the apartment was! Would definitely stay here again :)

We found Kirsty’s place ideal for our family holiday. Kids all slept well and really enjoyed the tv in their bedroom along with the games and books that were provided. It was very quiet and peaceful and we felt like it was a home away from home. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kingscote, especially families.

Beautiful view, lovely garden, lots of birds, bees, butterflies and even a koala, friendly people. Very comfortable accommodation.

I'd highly recommend staying at Duncan's property. It's so close to the ferry in Penneshaw so it's ideal for a stay in that location. The house was bigger than expected, super clean and felt very homely. It's exactly as is in the photos. The sunrise and sunsets which come up from behind the trees at the back of the property are stunning. Thanks so much for a great stay, Duncan!

This is a beautiful house with a stunning view. The house is very well equipped and appointed. The kangaroos on the lawn are a nice bonus. Highly recommended

5 Stars! Charlie Bates Cottage is a hidden gem on Kangaroo Island. The historic charm, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Watching kangaroos graze at dusk was pure magic. Highly recommend for a relaxing and authentic KI experience!

We all collectively LOVED Belle! Something for everyone. Tons of old and recent classic DVDs...Hot tub...beautiful view! And plenty of space for all. There was even an air-fryer that I had never used before and now want to purchase one :) Beautiful large deck that the girls enjoyed our daily wine purchases and lovely local cheeses. The only problem I had was I wish I had booked for a MONTH!!! Thank you! We absolutely would return to Belle!

The accomodation was perfect. Great location, spectacular views and we had everything we needed. The house was well equipped and very homely. We spent most of our time on the spacious balcony. So nice to have 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back.

Middle River is an amazing place. somewhat central to all of the island yet so remote. A quiet beach that can has good surf and fishing plus the peace of the river up the end. Melanie's house has the spectacular view of overlooking both and onwards to Althorpe Island in the distance. booking both the east and west houses with another family would make for a fantastic group holiday

Beautiful home with unbeatable views of Emu Bay. Perfect home base from which to explore the island. Early morning spins around the block also got us our daily koala fix! Michelle was a great host - easy to communicate with and full of good tips. Would highly recommend!
