Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kangaroo Island

Had the best week at Eleanora’s house - great location, clean, had all the amenities required and fantastic space for a family, the kids were able to relax in their own space as well as enjoying family time all together. Would definitely recommend.

The house is in a great base for exploring Kangaroo Island. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance. House is warm and cosy, fully equipped with all we need for our stay. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Scott and Nikki's place is one of those beach houses you want to keep coming back to. We loved the airy and bright living area, well equipped kitchen, very comfy and roomy bedrooms and multiple seating areas inside and outside to eat and drink or just relax. It was an easy walk to the beach and cafes, and also a good base to see other destinations on the Fleurieu coast. We also appreciated we could have our dog with us too as there is a great dog off leash area for long beach walks. Thanks for having us Scott and Nikki!

Beautiful house with lots of space and big yard too. Location is central to a lot of activities on the island, and is in a very quiet location with lots of wildlife around. Amenities were great, and our group of 9 absolutely loved our stay.

Lauren hosted us amazingly! The spot was beautiful, to die for view and everything we needed for our short stay. The room was comfy and the privacy aspect really added to our romantic stay away! The beach was close and so was any restaurants or shops we needed to go to. Lastly, the hospitality and flexibility with a later check out was superb! We will definitely be coming back in the future without a doubt :)

Wow! What a spectacular spot. We loved spending the week here. Such stunning views and the house has everything you could need.

It was a pleasant experience. Wifi was not that good or maybe it is because of network issues. Some basic things like milk could have helped. On the whole, it was a comfortable stay place.

Rachel's flat was perfect for a few days on Kangaroo Island. It was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The location was brilliant as you can see the sea from the flat, it is very quiet and there are several places to eat within walking distance.

We stayed at Lisa’s for three days on KI. This is a quiet place, 5 minutes drive to the Kingscote centre. Quite convenient to drive to the southwest part of KI.

Neil was a receptive host with great communication and made checking in and out easy. The place was neat and tidy and in a great location - close to the beach and shops. We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Rachel's apartment was ideal for us. Great view, clean, everything close and easily accessible. Parking in front of the house. Rachel gave us great tips for excursions and her friend at the agency organized the ferry for us and we got exactly the transfer times we wanted. We can highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to travel to Kangaroo Island. It hardly gets any better than this.

We found Kirsty’s place ideal for our family holiday. Kids all slept well and really enjoyed the tv in their bedroom along with the games and books that were provided. It was very quiet and peaceful and we felt like it was a home away from home. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kingscote, especially families.

Everything wonderfully great complex so loving the apartment very nice everything you need small attentions from Renè such as oatmeal mmmm very tasty honey and spices, water..... really great The highlight next to the koala on the tree in the garden was the view of Emu Bay Beach thanks for everything Sabine and René
