Had a great staycation, only issue for elderly ppl was to take a long walk to swimming area frm room. It was concern of safety wise. Quiet place and big house

We had a good time during our stay! The place is nice and pretty, and the pool kept the kids happy 🏊‍♀️😊 The host was very responsive and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Beds were made, towels were plenty, the aircond and water heater worked well, and the kitchen was functional with a large fridge. We also enjoyed the outdoor BBQ—really added to the experience! 🍢🔥 Just a small note: the floor was a bit dusty, maybe because the unit had been empty for a while. Since we usually go barefoot indoors, our feet got a bit dark. It wasn’t a big deal for us since it was just a one-night stay, but a quick mop before check-in could make the place feel even more welcoming. There were also no large dustbins inside or outside. We grouped all the rubbish in one spot and informed the host during check-out to avoid leaving any smell in the house. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped space for a family staycation. Would recommend with just a few small touch-ups 😊

very spacious, clean and lovely

The house looks exactly like the pictures—minimalist, comfortable, and very clean. It’s also in a convenient location. The TV is huge and great for watching movies with family. The karaoke set is super cool, and there’s even a pool/snooker table! It takes around 20–30 minutes to get to Ipoh town. I just hope they can add more board or card games, and maybe more sofas or armchairs so more people can sit in front of the TV. Definitely worth the price, and I would love to stay here again!

Great place for family gathering -> kids enjoy swimming in the pool, daddies showing-off their singing talent in the karaoke room and mommies busy cooking special dishes in the big kitchen. Everyone had a great time. Host is very responsive with our feedback/request. We also had an amazing outdoor BBQ at night. Host provided a big BBQ pit. The kids already asking if we can repeat again coming here 😀

Cleanliness: The place was very tidy and clean, making it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. Food Accessibility: Getting food was a breeze, with a variety of options nearby. Plus, there’s a grocery store just 100 meters away, which made stocking up on essentials incredibly easy. Host: Mr. Zuhri, the host, was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Accommodations: The homestay offered great accommodations. All the rooms were air-conditioned and very comfortable, providing a perfect escape from the heat. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return next time. This homestay ticks all the boxes for a great getaway!

it’s a nice house to stay. Location in between residential area. This place is very well maintained...self check in.Owner was extremely friendly.Rooms were comfortable. First room and living room have air conditioning. The other two rooms have fans. Kitchen occupied with all utensils and electrical equipment. toaster, Micro oven,blender, water heater and etc. ** only things to upgrade is increase water pressure in both bathrooms. ** I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Everything is good except the check in & check out time, maybe they can review the instead of check in at 3pm to 2pm & check out at 11 am to 12 noon. The house was clean & nice. The host are quick respons

Everything was great! Such a perfect homestay for a big family/event!! I booked this spot because the host accepted my request to do a mini raya open house! Alhamdulillah, I’m glad I went with this option as the amenities (kitchen utensils) were beyond my expectations. It really helped with my cooking preparation. They had eeeevveerryyything. Defo come here if your family’s planning a cookout. The front lawn was also spacious and mesmerising. Me and my kids had a fun time hanging outside. The 4 bedrooms were more than enough to accommodate 8 people (I loved the huge double queen room), we had a lovely time staying. Towels and body shampoos were all prepared. My only tiny comment would be that the mini room and living room had no air conditioning but that’s such a minor concern for the price. I’d definitely come here again for future events:) recommended!!

First of all, Azri and his son are very helpful. The instruction was clear and they even guided us on how to get to the unit. The house is spacious and the kitchen has almost everything. However, the line there is a bit bad but is totally out of the host's control. Thank you for the great stay. 100% recommended!
