Highly recommended B&B ~ The room is clean, the location is excellent, the station and attractions can all be reached by walking, there are bars and baths nearby, a good experience!

The place was easy to find, with a bus stop within a couple's minutes walk. Kitchen in the lobby had everything you'd need. The room was fresh, bed was comfortable and linens were clean. We had plenty of room, with 2 of us, to store luggage. The weather was a little cold to enjoy the balcony but it was large and had a view of the nearby area. Very close to a couple attractions and if you're willing to walk ~30min, there were many others. The area felt safe and quiet.

The price is affordable and the place is spacious in Japan and is fully equipped.The only lack of beauty is that you will hear the footsteps upstairs, light sleepers please bring earplugs.In addition, the B&B is located in the alley of a residential area, which is a little quiet at night, and the nearest subway station is also at least a 15-minute walk away.But overall great value for money!

Very clean and comfortable and easily accessible around, especially the girl at the front desk is very beautiful, not offensive, I’m girl😄

We had a great stay at this Hostel. The Host was super nice and responds quickly to messages. Our room was clean and cozy, perfect for a one week stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is great, quiet without tourists 😍 but near to the main attractions (metro and buses 6min by walk maximum) I loved the bathroom only for women well designed, perfect private space in the individual showers to change and it was always clean everyday. You can also store your luggage for free and lot of restaurants around. The mattress was a bit thin for me (upper bed) :/ so for 3 nights it was okay. Thank you again 😇

Staying at a hotel near Kyoto Station for the first time, which is cheap but can stay in a safe and large and practical hotel, the value for money is extremely good. About 7 minutes away is aeon mall you can go to chiikawa pop up store and walk 5 minutes to Kyoto station.One straight road to get there. And there is a famous Japanese noodle home, Tianjin is nearby, and you can try the strong taste of chicken white soup.But it's just cash! In addition, the hotel reception is very good, because my room is on the first floor and needs to move one floor, he helped me carry my luggage up, which is really beneficial to my wife.In addition, there is also a tea cup tea pot at the hotel, which feels very Kyoto!And there is fruit downstairs with free coffee and water which is very nice and there is also parking next to it and it is easy to drive around. Next time I go to Kyoto, I will stay again!

The apartment is large, clean and well furnished. Check-in and communication with the host is good. Overall a very good stay!

Nice place! And the hosts are even nicer!Just next to 東寺 which is a good place to go for new year eve. The transportation around is convenient, has a bus go directly to清水寺 and around 20 mins walking distance to stations. Would definitely stay there if I come again.

For 14 days we considered this house as our home in Kyoto, enjoyed the get-together time in the dining area, where we cooked, ate, laughed, chatted into the night. The small and traditional tatami rooms are charming and giving a secluded feeling. Although it could be a bit challenging for elderly people not accustomed to sleeping on the futons on the floor. The public areas (toilets, corridors and kitchen) were cleaned everyday, which was very pleasant. For a wooden house, the sound insulation was surprisingly good between rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in this ancient house and would highly recommend it to big families, group of friends.

We really appreciated the warm welcome from the host, especially after our long walk from the station. The host gave us an efficient briefing about the facilities. The coffee machine provided in the lobby was fantastic, and the coffee was amazingly good! After all our efforts hauling our luggage up to the 4th floor, we were excited to see our apartment—and we absolutely loved it. During our stay, we also had a great time exploring the area on bicycles

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this newly opened Airbnb in Kyoto! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the station, making it super convenient for travel. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has all the amenities one could need. What made this experience truly exceptional was the host’s incredible hospitality. Not only did they kindly offer us a ride to the station, but they also went above and beyond by returning our passports that we had accidentally left behind in the room. This level of care and attentiveness is rare to find. I cannot recommend this place highly enough — if you’re visiting Kyoto, this is the place to stay!
