The price is affordable and the place is spacious in Japan and is fully equipped.The only lack of beauty is that you will hear the footsteps upstairs, light sleepers please bring earplugs.In addition, the B&B is located in the alley of a residential area, which is a little quiet at night, and the nearest subway station is also at least a 15-minute walk away.But overall great value for money!

Very responsive and kind host! The place in Kyoto is convenient, located near the JR station, making the must-see spots easily accessible. It has a nice atmosphere and all the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kyoto!😊

The location is great, quiet without tourists 😍 but near to the main attractions (metro and buses 6min by walk maximum) I loved the bathroom only for women well designed, perfect private space in the individual showers to change and it was always clean everyday. You can also store your luggage for free and lot of restaurants around. The mattress was a bit thin for me (upper bed) :/ so for 3 nights it was okay. Thank you again 😇

It was a small Japanese-style room, which was very quiet and relaxing.The view from the window is also good. There was also manga in the water server, sofa, and table in the shared space, and it was a waste to just stay, so I thought it would have been better to save time relaxing at the private lodging. Great location.There is a Byodoin Temple, Bridge, Shopping Street, Supermarket, Saiseliya, 100, and a post office, so you can also shop a little if you forget something. If you buy too many souvenirs, you can get empty cardboard at the supermarket, buy gum tape for 100 average, and ship it at a convenience store in front of JR Uji. The manager was also very quick, polite, and easy to understand, and even told me about nearby events and called a taxi. Bath amenities such as shampoo are only for men, so if you are concerned, you should bring them with you.The dryer does not dry once, so it may be preferable to do it twice (it was for winter clothes).

This is a very good place. It has very good bus connectivity to Kyoto station. The host is wonderful, friendly and super responsive. Beautiful family and wonderful place with very good amenities.

This was a great base for our stay in Kyoto. It is right next to a local bus line and close by to Kyoto Station. Lan was super accommodating and flexible with storing and shipping luggage. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near Toji Temple, there is a bus on the 16th bus at the doorstep, so it is very convenient to get to Kyoto Station.It is important to note that the 16th car only runs every half an hour to plan the time. The room is clean and spacious, with a high-end shower and toilet facilities.There is a kitchenette in the room, a common washing machine and a dryer on the roof terrace, a reception room on the first floor, a coffee machine, a luggage room, a bathroom, and a small outdoor garden and a bicycle.The house is comfortable and convenient to live in. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, one of our companions accidentally twisted his feet, and he immediately prepared the ointment and said that he could help take care of it the next day so that the rest of us could travel to Kyoto with confidence. All in all, it was a great accommodation experience, and I will choose his house next time I go to Kyoto.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this newly opened Airbnb in Kyoto! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the station, making it super convenient for travel. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and has all the amenities one could need. What made this experience truly exceptional was the host’s incredible hospitality. Not only did they kindly offer us a ride to the station, but they also went above and beyond by returning our passports that we had accidentally left behind in the room. This level of care and attentiveness is rare to find. I cannot recommend this place highly enough — if you’re visiting Kyoto, this is the place to stay!

Everything was as described. Located 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. There is a supermarket three minutes away. The room is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Book now - you won't regret it)
