Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Kyriaki is so wonderfully nice and heartfelt, she immediately made us all feel welcome and at ease. The house is peaceful and luxurious and we spent most of our time out on the yard, enjoying the pool and having long lunches. There's lots of seating space and the yard is so beautiful and well kept it's hard to go elsewhere. The stay was made so simple and easy - there were detailed instructions on how to use all of the amenities, recommendations on places to go eat (which by the way, are absolutely worth following through), everything was done to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The fridge was even stocked with wines and juices and fruits, marmalade, crackers, treats! A cleaning and change of sheets/towels midway through our stay was offered too- so thoughtful! I could not have pictured a better stay than what we ended up having. If you're on the fence between two places to stay - choose here. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful memory to think back on.

This was a great place for our family! George (who manages the home) was extremely responsive and very kind. We loved the area and the grocery store up the street was so convenient, and had amazing premade food, sushi, smoothies etc. We loved the house and the pool. Our stay was lovely. Thank you, George.

The place is very beautiful and everything was super clean and very well cared for! The decor of the house is excellent, the pool very clean! Perfect for a rest and relaxation! The host was very kind and eager to help!

Beautiful home as described in pictures. Ms Lila is available for anything you may need. Cleaning service is there every morning and will do your laundry and iron as well. Would stay there again

Antoni & his mother were the most amazing host’s you can ever ask for. From before I landed he made sure what time I would be coming to make sure everything was perfect!!!! I was even able to check in an hour earlier as he wanted me safe and sound in the villa❤️. His mother is the most caring kindest woman you’ll ever meet and she’ll always be there to help you with ANYTHING no matter what time!!! They also filled the fridge with breakfast for me and even made sure to offer if I needed any help getting food. Anytime I messaged Antoni he either called or responded so quickly. The villa itself is an amazing villa, peaceful and a homey vibe. Clean as anything, spacious yet warm! The pictures do not do this place justice. I had an issue somewhere in Greece and Antoni allowed me to stay after check out time. No questions asked!!! As long as I was happy and safe Antoni and his mother were happy. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS VILLA!🥳

We had a very pleasant stay in Stamatis’ beautiful and spacious apartment. The neighborhood was at comfortable walking distance from the city center, Acropolis hill and the metro station. A perfect place to stay when visiting Athens. Communication with Stamatis was very easy and fast and he was very kind in asking if there was anything we needed. Nights can be a bit noisy due to traffic.

I couldn't of asked for more from Theadora. I highly reccomend to book here!!such a beautiful home,perfect for peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Athens. Theadora was so helpful and friendly, she sent me reccomendations for the local area. We had an adorable basket of snacks and water and juice in the fridge wich was so appreciated as we had landed very late at night. The studio is beautiful, so clean and lovely outdoor areas and pool. I was travelling alone with my daughter and felt so safe with the doors to the building. I would come back to Athens in the future just to stay at this home. netflix available,hot water tests up within 10/15 minutes,air con and heat available. Washing machine available for use. Everything was perfect!!. The local uber was great we used this to travel around all the time into Athens and back. The metro is easy too access although we did not use this as I found uber fantastic.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is completely new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The layout is perfect for families, and we felt right at home. The area is super cool, with plenty to explore nearby. The host was fantastic—very attentive, quick to respond to all our requests, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also highly recommend visiting Korova restaurant, owned by the same host—it was an absolute treat! Highly recommend!

David's place was really new, very nice and very clean. We had no issues from reaching the house until we left. I was worried if transportation could be a problem, it didn't happen. It was right in the middle of two separate metro stations and about a 15 minute walk away. When we were very tired, we preferred a taxi, which is very cheap, taxi transportation in Athens. There were two separate grocery stores within 5 minutes of walking distance. For food, there was a great Turkish restaurant called Capadocia, which you could reach in 3 minutes. There was service until late at night and I can recommend Lahmacun, especially called Turkish pizza. There was a hot water issue in the warnings, but we did not have a problem again. Even though it was a great gym, we couldn't use it. There is a small but cute pool on the roof again. You can take your coffee and take a tour of Athens. Obviously even though I had a few reservations before I left, I had no problems and returned peacefully from a peaceful work trip to Athens. 5 out of 5...

had the perfect stay! I booked the accommodation a few hours before my arrival, the host was immediately responsive and was easy self check in. The apartment is modern, very comfortable and clean with a large balcony! The bed is sooo comfortable !!! the highlight of the stay for sure! Thank you Zhana you have been great :)

The apartment was clean and cozy. Easy to access, close to the sea and to the city center. Christos has been very kind and helpful. We had a great time staying for our xmas holiday

A beautiful home with a view to match. We enjoyed our stay here so much as a family of 7 with 3 kids and 2 seniors. The house is a fairy tale castle for the children and the pool and patio view are to die for. We never missed a sunset and soaked in the perfect weather at the end of October and beginning of November. I would highly recommend this home and it's hosts if you are considering a stay in the area. Maria and Manolis made sure every need was attended to, they do a wonderful job making you feel at home.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

The beauty of this location and home cannot be overstated. The views of the Aegean, the beautiful flowering gardens and the design and decor of the home are spectacular. We had 7 guests here for our daughter’s wedding and on the wedding day 5 additional bridesmaids came for the day plus a makeup artist and hairstylist and photographer and the great rooms of this house provided ample room for all the day’s activities. We also hired the recommended Chef Theodore to cook for us at the house one day and that was a great experience. Our only issues were the narrow winding driveway was a challenge for larger vehicles and not all local ride share drivers could locate the house with the directions given. Overall, the experience of staying here is one we all treasure.

Great place… great location excellent communication with host and would probably look to book again! I guess the only downside for me would it’s a shame it’s not 3 bedrooms… otherwise really enjoyed my stay…👍🏻

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!
